Research On The Application Of Culturally Sensitive Oriented Model In Social Work Supervision Practice

Social work supervision plays an important role in promoting the development of social work.It is an indispensable part of it.The development of professional social work is also firmly connected to the development of social work supervision.The two are closely related,and good supervision can also ensure the efficiency of social work and the quality of social work services.In practice,social work supervision can be either a propeller in the service process or a lubricant on service difficulties for social workers on the front line.However,the development of social work supervision in my country has no strong policy support environment,and there are also deficiencies in the level of academic research.This study is a study of the application of the "culturally sensitive" social work supervision and integration model in local practice.Through the application of the supervision mode in the project operation process,the advantages and problems of the supervision mode in practice are analyzed,and it is expected that a more complete local practice mode of social work supervision will be constructed by exploring the solution path.The researchers mainly used qualitative research methods in this research to obtain relevant information through interviews with different people involved in the project,including project supervisors,volunteers,project community liaisons,and some service objects,and combined with the researchers The thinking and thinking in the process of self-participation,the integration of supervision content and supervision effectiveness in the project practical application through the comprehensive supervision mode of "culturally sensitive orientation",the relevant factors affecting the supervision work and the problems in the application process Analysis,and finally through the exploration of problem-solving approaches to improve the application of this supervision model in practice,and promote the development of localized social work supervision.
