The Study On Matching Chinese Textbook Hello With NCEA Chinese (Level 1)

The National Certificate of Educational Achievement(NCEA)is the New Zealand Ministry of Education's examination system for Year 11-13.Students are required to obtain enough credits to apply for university preparation at this stage.Since the Chinese language was officially included in NCEA examination,the number of students studying this subject and taking the test has been on the rise.How to use the teaching material to maximize the help of the candidate to complete the examination and to explore the matching between the teaching material and the examination has become an important part.In order to know whether “hello” is beneficial to the exam,This research selects the Chinese textbooks “hello(third edition)?,?,?”widely used in New Zealand and NCEA Chinese level 1 as the contrasting objects,and systematically analyzes the matching degree of those two.The thesis starts from five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,expounding the research significance,research status,objects and methods.The second to the fourth chapter analyze and contrast the two from the perspectives of vocabulary,function items and question type respectively,in order to explore the matching degree.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,discusses the main contents and conclusions of this thesis,as well as the innovation and deficiencies,and looks forward to future research.After a large amount of data statistics and comparisons,this article analyzes "Hello" is basically meet the NCEA Chinese Level1 preparation needs.Unmatched vocabulary and functional items are summarized and analyzed in this paper,in order to provide reference for students and teachers preparing for the examination.It also provides inspiration and data reference for the preparation of New Zealand native Chinese teaching materials.
