| Objective:This study aimed to assess the joint mobility and stability of 13 Chinese mixed double curling athletes by Functional Movement Screen and Y-Balance test and to know elite curling athlete’s functional movement characteristics and weak links by performing specific motion test.According to the result of test,to arrange corrective exercise targeted and research and analysis the influence of the corrective exercise acts on the joint mobility and stability.Exploring about athlete joint mobility and stability unity of opposites and providing security for Chinese mixed double curling team.Method : There were 13 Chinese elite mixed double curling athletes were tested by Functional Movement Screen and Y-Balance test.According to the results,to analysis related problem in test and arrange corrective exercise targeted.The corrective exercise is divided into mobility part and stability part,the corrective exercise process lasts 12 weeks,every week the program will be conducted 3 times and every time lasts 60 minutes.After 12 weeks corrective exercise,perform the second Functional Movement Screen and Y-Balance test and perform comparative analysis for the results.Results:(1)The full score of Functional Movement Screen is 21 scores,the first time Functional Movement Screen mean value of mixed double curling athletes is 14.69,the mean value of Deep Squat、Hurdle Step、In-Line Lunge、Trunk Stability-Push Up、Rotary Stability-Quadruped is at a low level.(2)In the first time Y-Balance test,the difference mean value of bilateral upper limbs in three directions is beyond the injury threshold,the difference mean value of bilateral lower limbs in front direction is beyond the injury threshold,the mean value of bilateral lower limbs in the other directions is not beyond the injury threshold.(3)After 12 weeks corrective exercise,the Functional Movement Screen full score mean value of mixed double curling athletes improved significantly(P<0.05),Deep Squat mean value improved significantly(P<0.01),Hurdle Step mean value improved significantly(P<0.05),Shoulder Mobility mean value improved significantly(P<0.05),Trunk Stability-Push Up mean value improved significantly(P<0.01)and Y-Balance test bilateral upper limbs and bilateral lower limbs in three directions,the difference mean value improved non-signification.Conclusion:(1)The main problems about mixed double curling athletes include shoulder injury and muscle tension around shoulder,hip flexion muscles tension,gluteus tension,knee injury and quadriceps femoris tension,weak core stability.The problems present in the shoulder and hip joint is lack of mobility,the hip、knee and ankle joint is lack of stability.(2)After 12 weeks corrective exercise,the shoulder and hip joint mobility of mixed double curling athletes is improved,the shoulder、hip、knee and ankle joint stability is all improved. |
