The purpose of this paper is to study the issue of archivist talent cultivation from the perspective of professional certification.Under the influence of the education system reform,the third scientific and technological development,and the modern information technology environment.Talent cultivation in universities can no longer meet the needs of enterprises and institutions for talents,What enterprises urgently need is applied and compound high-quality talents.What enterprises urgently need is applied and compound high-quality talents,Students trained according to traditional concepts are not well adapted to the society environment.Fails to meet the standards required by the company,As a result,universities cannot develop the talents needed by enterprises and society,and companies cannot find the talents they need,The direct supply and demand of the two parties failed to match,resulting in a disconnect between talent supply and demand.Archival major is no exception.The article first analyzes the current situation of archiving talents training in colleges and universities from the aspects of training objectives curriculum system cultivation requirements.Then summed up the narrow concept of education,Training objectives homogenization,The curriculum is fuzzy,Teaching methods need to be improved and other issues.Solving these problems can then be solved by introducing the core concept of professional certification.The core concept of professional certification is to combine the needs of society,enterprises and institutions.In a problem-oriented way,reverse-design talent training programs.I borrow this idea,analyze the training objectives of setting up archival science.Raise graduation requirements according to training objectives,set up the curriculum system according to graduation requirements.These three are mutually supportive and mutually reinforcing links.Finally,according to the graduation requirements,the degree of achievement of the training goal is evaluated.According to the evaluation feedback form a continuous improvement mechanism.
