Design And Implementation Of College Archive Management System Based On .NET Platform

Archive management is an important part of the daily management of colleges and universities.The main management work focuses on students' archives,teaching archives,teaching affairs archives,school affairs archives filing,storage,borrowing and statistics.In recent years,with the rapid development of higher education informatization in China,the archive management system based on computer software technology and database technology has also appeared in the archive management business of colleges and universities,which has effectively improved the efficiency of the archive management work of colleges and universities.In this paper,the author designed and implemented a archive management system for the archive management department of Sichuan institute of technology.The system integrates the archiving,querying,borrowing and other businesses of the school,and realizes the distributed storage management of massive archive data based on the cloud technology platform in the background.The specific research content includes the following aspects:(1)The business application environment of the archives management system is investigated and analyzed according to the internal business implementation of the school's archive management department.And the overall research and development technology of the system is sorted out and designed from the technical level.The specific functional objectives,key data and performance objectives of the archive management system are investigated,and the practical problems to be solved are determined.(2)The archive management system is developed and implemented using.net Web development technology,SQL Server database development technology and Hadoop cloud technology platform,and the functional scheme and technical implementation model of the archive management system are designed and analyzed from the overall perspective.The function of the system includes archive information management,archive comprehensive inquiry management,archive borrowing management and system setting management.The detailed technical scheme of the system is introduced,and the functional coding of the system is developed.(3)The archive management system is tested and analyzed in the simulation environment.The system's functional performance is investigated and analyzed based on the system's functional positioning and business environment.And the inspection of the research and development results is carried out according to the system development objectives,and whether the system development results reach the earlier target is checked.Compared with most similar software at present,the cloud storage technology is used for back-end physical storage and management in the system to save the problem of large amount of data in university archives management.And the archive management system can automate the core business of the archive management department of Sichuan institute of technology,and support the distributed storage management of massive archive data,whichcould effectively improve the automatic level and development efficiency of the archive management work.
