The test questions on solving triangles in the College Entrance Examination covers wide knowledge of math,plenty of formulas and theorems,various ways of solutions and comprehensive questions,which make it more difficult for the students to grasp flexibly.So in reviewing classes to senior three students,we teachers should help the them to build up an integrated system of knowledge,a thorough cognitive structure and an optimized solution to improve their ability to solve triangles for reviewing efficiently with the method of variant teaching.First of all,the auther teased the requirements of the curriculum and teaching for solving triangles.What's more,the auther compiled two sets of test papers: one for observing the teachers' acquaintance with variant teaching and how to sue it in their daily teaching,and the other for getting a handle on the students' views to their teachers' variant teaching recently and what the students know with solving triangles before the first review.At last,the auther designed three teaching cases relating to solving triangles with the guidance of the theory of variant teaching to implement,interview,analyze and test for experiment effect in experimental class of senior three in auther's school.The results are as follows.First,as for the requirements of the curriculum and teaching with the solving triangles,the students could use the knowledge and methods of sine and cosine theorems to solve some practical problems relating to measurement and geometric calculation.Second,as for the survey of the current state of solving triangles in teaching,teachers had an one-sided understanding of variant teaching in its status,function and strategy,so the students also didn't meet the requirement to acquire proficiency in solving triangles.Third,the design of variant teaching on solving triangles was suitable for the students' real condition of leaning.The design should be developed step by step in different perspectives and orientations with a spiral escalation,so the students had a better effect on solving the triangles,through which enable students to accumulate knowledge,solve the hard problems,optimize method,improve their ability and study efficiently.The creative part in this research is full of variant problem sets and variousvariant perspectives,which are close to the practical teaching with its practicability and operability.However,the inadequacies in this research can be seen,such as there are limitations to the survey samples chosen in the questionnaire and the width and depth of the variant problem sets used for teaching cases remain to excavate further.
