Research purposes: This study incorporates multidisciplinary knowledge such as exercise physiology, sports training, sports anatomy, and sports biomechanics. It uses surface EMG technology to analyze the specific state of muscles participating in exercise during the upward movement of pull-ups.From the perspective of different levels of college students in the chin-up movement differences in force, for sports educators to improve and develop rational chin-up training program to provide a theoretical basis,so as to serve our college students and middle school students sports test,to help them in sports Tested to achieve good results.Research Methods: forty-eight full-time college students were randomly selected to carry out the experiment.according to the national standards for students’ physical health, the subjects were divided into six groups according to the level of grade, and eight students in each group were tested.the six groups were expressed by L1,L2,L3,l4,l5,l6,respectively.Mega me 6000 surface electromyography instrument was used to collect the electromyography signals generated during the upward movement of the body, and the whole process of the upward movement of the body was recorded with a high-speed camera.then, the surface electromyography signals collected during the upward movement of the body were processed by mega win 3.0 operation software matched with the mega me 600 surface electromyography instrument.finally, the activation States of the main muscles during the upward movement of the body were compared and analyzed. The results of the study: 1)Electromyographic data analysis of the pull-up movements found that the lats of the latissimus dorsi of the L1 and L2 groups differed significantly from the other groups, and the RMS values of the L1 and L2 latissimus dorsi were 140.37 uV and 185.75 uV,respectively. It is significantly lower than the average 240.33 uV.In the MVC normalization results of each muscle,L1’s latissimus dorsi muscle was only 67%,which was significantly lower than other groups. The difference between the latissimus dorsi muscle and the excellent group in both the muscle strength and muscle activation in the poorer group subjects was greater. At the same time,it was found through electromyogram analysis that poorer muscle strength of students in the poorer group was less stable.During the pull-up process, the same 2electromyograph data of pull-ups were collected as a study.Compared with the students in the poor group, the electromyographic waveform was more disordered and the hair strength was unstable.2)Analysis of the pull-up EMG data of all the students using the Mega Win 3.0 operating software showed that in the pull-up process of students, the amplitude of the biceps and diaphragm in the pull-up process is the largest The average RMS values were 641.22 uV and 695.50 uV,respectively.Regardless of the excellent grade level or the poor group level, the diaphragm and biceps brachii muscles exhibited the maximum force characteristics.3)Comparing the myoelectric data of the diaphragm and biceps brachii muscles of each group, the RMS of the diaphragm of L1 was 618.50 uV,the RMS of biceps was 843.37 uV,and the RMS of diaphragm of L2 was 930.50 uV.The RMS of the biceps was 799.50 uV,both much higher than the average. This shows that during the pull-up process, subjects with poor grade levels rely mainly on these two muscles for exertion.4)Through data analysis,it was found that in the pull-up process, the order of activation of the muscles is different.Except that the latissimus dorsi muscle exerts lagging force, the other fivemuscles exert force almost simultaneously.Through electromyography data analysis, the chin-up can be roughly divided into four stages:preparation stage,start-up stage,pull-in stage, and reduction stage. Conclusions: 1)During the pull-up process, there are significant differences in RMS,brachial biceps, and latissimus dorsi in different grades of undergraduate students.Among them, the diaphragm and biceps brachii are the most powerful. Two muscles.2)The latissimus dorsi muscle strength in the low-level group is relatively weak, and its activation degree is relatively low during the pull-up process.3)In the L1 and L2 groups, there were students with good overall muscle strength. However, combined with video analysis,it was found that the pull-up movements were less coordinated than those of the excellent group.Suggestions: 1)Some of the students in the poorer group show problems such as unstable grip bars during the grip phase.Such students should mainly exercise around their diaphragms and can arrange some interesting suspension exercises to increase their Forearm muscle strength.2)The students in the poorer group showed problems in the final stage of the pull-up process where the body was difficult to pull up.The main problem was that the main problem was that the latissimus dorsi muscle had insufficient muscle strength and activation was poor.Such students should Mainly to strengthen the practice of latissimus dorsi,in the training can be arranged in some fitness "flying birds" and other movements, thereby enhancing the overall performance of latissimus dorsi.3)Students with good overall muscle strength in the L1 and L2 groups should mainly focus on motor skills in their training, increase their perceptions of muscle movement, and improve the coordination of the exertion of each muscle to improve the pull-up.The number of completions.
