Surface electromyography was used to collect sEMG signals of the main muscles(biceps and triceps)of 20 subjects with right flexing arms under different load lifting dumbbells.According to the analysis of the experimental data,it could be concloud that the strength characteristics of the upper limb muscles under different loads.Using the CCI judge the coordination degree of the upper limb muscles, disscouss the upper limb muscles coordination under different load conditions, compare different CCI calculation method to evaluate the effectiveness of the human body muscle coordination, and compares the four different CCI method is effective,so as to provide a reference for scientific guidance and rehabilitation of sports training.(1)In the centripetal stage, the iEMG and RMS amplitudes of the biceps muscle are larger than those of the triceps. The surface EMG signal of the upper limb muscles is closely related to the change of load, which shows that the load is increasing, and the surface EMG value of the biceps and triceps are also increasing. The iEMG and RMS amplitudes of the men' biceps were significantly different from those of the women, and there was no significant difference in triceps.(2)In the centrifugal stage, the iEMG and RMS amplitudes of the biceps muscle are larger than those of the triceps. The surface EMG signal of the upper limb muscles is closely related to the change of load, which shows that the load is increasing, and the the surface EMG value of the biceps and triceps are also increasing. The iEMG and RMS amplitudes of the men' biceps were significantly different from those of the women, and there was no significant difference in triceps.(3)There was no significant difference between the sex in the CCI,indicating that there was no difference in the coordination of movement between men and women during the process of lifting the dumbbells.(4)The CCI can be used to evaluate the degree of activation of the upper limb muscles and the degree of muscle coordination. As the load continues to increase, the CCI under different calculation methods is on the rise. The difference in the common activation index of the upper limb muscles depends on four different CCI calculation methods.(5)Under different loads, the CCI calculation result of the first method is significantly higher than the other three methods.Explain that the first method is more sensitive to load changes and can distinguish different loads more effectively.
