The sustainable development of tourism industry in guizhou province need high quality tourism vocational education for cultivating the practical and innovative talents,the secondary vocational education of tourism in guizhou in guizhou tourism vocational education system has an important foundational status.Training high-quality tourism talents is the logical starting point for guizhou tourism secondary vocational college to realize leapfrog development.The current vocational schools in guizhou tourism management talents training mode of talent training target fuzzy,single teaching method,unreasonable curriculum,practice base construction lags behind,the teachers troop strength is weak,teaching evaluation system of the single,causes the cultivated tourism talents unable to better meet the needs of tourism market in guizhou.In order to reform the current deficiency of education in guizhou province's tourism training mode,we should learn from the western CBE teaching mode.The CBE(Competency-based Education)teaching mode is a kind of for the purpose of cultivating students' professional post ability teaching mode.Previous scholars mainly to the CBE teaching model in tourism at home and abroad the research and application of higher vocational education has carried on the exploration,and previous scholars focus on the CBE teaching model from a reference to the existing tourism vocational education personnel training mode,curriculum system,teaching reform and so on three aspects has carried on the thorough exploration and discussion,but based on CBE teaching mode of vocational education teaching evaluation system of tourism research is relatively small.By the current,the CBE teaching model in the travel of the research and application of higher vocational education has stepped into mature stage,the education teaching practice and obtained good results,but the CBE teaching model in the travel of the research and application of secondary vocational education is still in a blank state,the author attempts to apply the CBE teaching model in vocational schools in guizhou tourism management talents,using literature study,questionnaire,depth interview and deductive induction to clarify the current secondary vocational schools in guizhou in the tourism talent training in the shortage of the existing teaching mode,and on the basis of the CBE teaching model for reference,Put forward from the accurate positioning tourism talents training target,with the core quality as the standard of curriculum design,teaching method innovation,to carry out the deep manufacture-learning-research cooperation,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,establish a diversified teaching evaluation system to the systematization of CBE teaching model is applied to the secondary vocational schools in guizhou tourism management talents training.And creatively puts forward vocational schools required students majoring in tourism management at the core of quality,enriching the connotation of the professional ability of CBE teaching mode stresses,narrowing the vocational education and "general education" of the binary opposition between "divide",consciously take care of the whole personality of students,critical questioning spirit,the construction and the cultivation of innovative consciousness and ability of the students into a rational,wisdom,spiritual "jinling" blue.This paper elaborates on the application of CBE teaching model in the training of tourism management talents in secondary vocational colleges and universities of guizhou province from five aspects.The first chapter is the introduction,elaborating the research background,significance and methods of the topic selection,and summarizing the research and application of the CBE teaching mode in the tourism profession education at home and abroad.The second chapter is an overview of CBE teaching model and provides theoretical guidance for the research content of this paper.In the third chapter,the current situation and problems of guizhou province's vocational tourism management personnel training model are investigated and analyzed.The fourth chapter mainly demonstrates the feasibility of applying the CBE teaching model to the training and teaching model of tourism management talents in secondary vocational colleges in guizhou province.In the fifth chapter,in view of guizhou tourism management problems existing in the personnel training mode of technical secondary school,put forward in reference to the CBE teaching model on the basis of the reform and optimization of secondary vocational schools in guizhou tourism management talents training mode,improve the quality of tourism personnel training.
