Research On The Practical Teaching Of "Tourism Planning Course" In Tourism Management Specialty In Colleges And Universities

With the background of "mass innovation and multitude innovation".this paper takes the practice teaching of tourism management specialty tourism planning as the research object.The practice teaching of tourism planning course is conducive to promoting the cultivation of students' innovation and practical ability,to achieve the tourism management professional training objectives.This paper retrieve the first-hand research data from Hunan Normal University,Liaoning Normal University,Dongbei University of Finance and Economics,Bohai University and Zhejiang Gongshang University.By Using the factor analysis method,the paper constructs the evaluation system of the practical teaching of the tourism planning course,and focuses on the scientific analysis of the existing problems in the current tourism planning teaching through the IPA analysis.The first chapter introduces the background,significance and research progress of the thesis.The second chapter discusses the enlightenment of the teaching theory of constructivism and humanism to the practical teaching of tourism planning,and expounds the related theoretical concepts of IPA analysis.The third chapter discusses the current situation of curriculum teaching,and discusses the necessity of cultivating practical ability of tourism planning talents.The fourth chapter constructs the evaluation system of the practical teaching of the tourism planning course by exploratory factor analysis method.In the fifth chapter,from the perspective of importance and satisfaction perception,25 indicators,6 primary evaluation indicators and 5 sample colleges and universities have carried out IPA analysis on the practical teaching evaluation of tourism planning course.In the sixth chapter,the author analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of the practice teaching of the tourism planning course.Based on the IPA analysis,it points out the problems existing in the teaching of the tourism planning course and studies the practical teaching of the tourism planning course from the four perspectives of curriculum,school,society and students The influencing factors were analyzed.In the seventh chapter,based on the IPA analysis of the practice evaluation system of the tourism planning curriculum,the practical teaching system of the tourism planning course is constructed from the training objectives,the safeguard mechanism,the core content and the evaluation mechanism.Based on the practical teaching point of view,this paper constructs the evaluation system of the practical teaching index of the tourism planning course,and analyzes the practical teaching index system of the tourism tourism planning course.Through the empirical research on the present situation and problems of the current tourism planning course,Tourism planning courses to carry out the crux ofpractical teaching,help to solve the current tourism planning curriculum problems,and then enhance the quality of tourism planning personnel training.
