A Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The International Exchange And Cooperation Of Higher Vocational And Technical Institutes In Jiangxi Province

In the developmental process of economic globalization and export-economy,internationalization of higher education(higher vocational education included)has become a main trend in current educational development around the world.International exchange and cooperation is the primary development path to comply the development of higher vocational education,and is one of the important measures for government to deepen reform and promote development of higher vocational education.In recent years,with the implementation of Belt and Road initiative and opening-door policy,a large number of skilled talents with international qualifications are needed by all industries.Jiangxi province is one of central provinces,the trend of advancing international exchange and cooperation in higher vocational and technical institutes is irreversible in the strategy of “Developing the province through Education”.There are fifty three higher vocational and technical institutes in Jiangxi province by 2016,forty higher vocational and technical institutes have conducted international exchange and cooperation of diversified forms.There are some problems in the development of international exchange and cooperation of Jiangxi province,because of the short history,a poor economy and its late start.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the international exchange and cooperation in Jiangxi province.The paper aims at putting forward the improving measures and suggestions by researching current situation,analyzing the problems and influences,summaring and studying internal experience.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction.It mainly introduced research background and methods,significance and innovations,and research actuality.The aim of this chapter is to sort out thoughts and determine the research frame.The second part discusses about basic concepts and theoretical basis of international exchange and cooperation.Knowing related concepts and theory is the basal work for a research.Firstly,some concepts are defined.Secondly,attachment theory,comparative advantage theory and other relevant theories are introduced.The third part is the analysis of the state of international exchange and cooperation of higher vocational and technical institutes in Jiangxi province.It analyses the situation,introduces and summaries the motive reasons and peculiarities and practical experience.The fourth part discusses about the existing problems and influences of international exchange and cooperation of higher vocational and technical institutes in Jiangxi provinceThe fifth part introduces the domestic experiences to provide references of promoting international exchange and cooperation.The sixth part presents some recommendations to promote the international exchange and cooperation from the government,vocational and technical institutes,and Chinese higher vocational and technical education three levels.
