Education is for awakening,cultivating and achieving the talents of "strengthen moral education and cultivate people,and pursue both professional excellence and moral integrity"."Ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard" made it clear that we should pay attention to improve the ability of students,and to advocate autonomous learning.It is urgent to train high school students' mathematical cognition ability,which should be carried out in specific mathematics teaching.In this paper,at first,the problems of solving trigonometric functions and mathematical cognition ability are analyzed deeply.The second,combined with the current reality,based on the qualitative analysis,we set up index of questionnaire of mathematical cognitive ability of high school students based on to solve the questions about trigonometric functions.In addition,questionnaires and interviews were conducted among the quality classes and ordinary classes in Fuzhou,Jiangxi province,as well as the first-line mathematics teachers.The obtained first-hand actual data is used to quantitatively analyze the data obtained by SPSS and EXCLE software,experience analysis,case analysis and descriptive analysis and so on.The third,we did practice on the trigonometric functions and the sequence of knowledge,after a period of practice,in the feedback interview between students and teachers,students said they are not only rekindling their enthusiastic about math and restoring confidence,but also having a certain degree of increase in the observation,memory,analysis,application and creativity;At the same time,teachers are also confident in math teaching.The results show that the training strategy is effective.In addition,I have some views on the cultivation of high school students' mathematical cognitive ability.Such as how to correctly handle the relationship between knowledge and ability,how to deeply analyze the teaching and curriculum new standards,and how to have a high level of awareness of students' overall cultivation.Ability training and knowledge mastery should be mastered,which should have a fair treatment.The other,teachers and students should look at and think from a wind range of perspectives,and correct studying attitude and teaching attitude.
