In today's world,with the rapid development of science and technology,the international competition is becoming more and more intense,and the strength of national strength depends more and more on the basic quality of the people.The main purpose of ordinary high school education and teaching is to improve the national scientific literacy and achieve personality development on the basis of nine-year compulsory education.This paper mainly expounds how to infiltrate modern biological science and technology knowledge in the teaching of molecular and cell modules in senior high school biology.First of all,this paper briefly describes the basis of selecting the topic from two aspects: the development of modern biotechnology and the requirements of Biology Curriculum Standard in Senior Middle School.The importance of infiltrating modern biological science and technology knowledge in biology classroom teaching is expounded by analyzing the present situation of permeating modern biotechnology knowledge in basic education at home and abroad.Secondly,by studying the related concepts of modern biotechnology knowledge,this paper summarizes the principles and strategies of infiltrating modern biotechnology knowledge in teaching,and analyzes the relevant contents of modern biotechnology knowledge in molecular and cell modules.In this paper,the students of six classes in the first grade of the Mongolian senior middle school in Naiman Banner in Tongliao City have been investigated with a questionnaire to find out the situation of the infiltration of modern biotechnology knowledge in the teaching of this school,selecting a class to carry out the infiltration of modern biological science and technology knowledge biology teaching.The teaching contents include "carriers of genetic information-nucleic acid","inorganic substances in cells","Nucleus-system control centers","enzymes that reduce the activation energy of chemical reactions".Finally,the teaching results before and after practice has been compared and analyzed.The results showed that compared with the control class,the students' interest,achievement and scientific accomplishment of the experimental class were improved obviously.It can be seen that the infiltration of modern biological science and technology knowledge in the module teaching of molecules and cells in senior high school is beneficial to the formation of students' scientific literacy,the cultivation of their learning interest and the improvement of their academic achievement.The paper also points out the problems existing in the infiltration of modern biological science and technology knowledge in the biology classroom teaching of senior one,such as the science and technology which cannot keep up with the rapid development in the updating of teaching materials,no fixed teaching form and,mismatch between infiltration of Modern Biotechnology knowledge and Curriculum content and other problems.Finally,in view of these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the overall quality of the teachers and teachers to actively explore the practice and collect information in the teaching of modern biotechnology.At the same time,I put forward my own views on the teaching reform.
