Scientific education is the only way to cultivate talents,and shaping talents is the cornerstone of national strength and the driving force for development.In response to the important idea of implementing the Party's educational policy in an all-round way put forward by the Nineteenth People's Congress of our Party,the new curriculum standard emphasizes the construction of students' core literacy.As the guiding concepts of scientific education,core literacy includes life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility;life concept is an important part of core literacy,which plays a decisive role in high school biology teaching practice;while life concept includes structure and function concept,material and energy concept,evolution and adaptation concept,steady-state and balance concept;more in-depth consideration is given to.To study the concept of life,this topic focus on the concept of structure and function in-depth study.Firstly,the knowledge system of structure and function in molecule and cell was sorted out,including biological macro-molecule,cell structure,cell metabolism and so on.Then,according to the present educational theory and the actual situation of students,the teaching strategies of infiltrating the concept of structure and function in teaching were put forward,including the teaching strategies of constructing physical model,linking with other subjects,playing activities and experimenting intuitively,and three teaching cases were shown to illustrate the application of teaching strategies.Then,four classes in the first grade of XX Middle School were taken as experimental subjects to carry out the experiment of teaching strategies for three months.Before conducting the teaching experiment,the differences between the selected classes were analyzed,and the results and levels of the same group of classes were not significantly different.Then the experiment was carried out.And before the experiment,the structure and function of each class were tested,and the results of the pretest also showed no significant difference.After the experiment,two independent samples t-test was used to analyze the difference of the post-test results between the experimentalclass and the control class.Two paired samples t-test was used to analyze the difference of the pretest and post-test results between the experimental class and the control class,and two independent samples t-test was used to analyze the difference of the pretest and post-test results between the experimental class and the control class of the same group.The preparation of the test paper was based on the curriculum standard to divide the four levels.After the analysis,it was found that after the teaching experiment,the results of the experimental class were better than those of the control class;by comparing the results of the two experimental classes before and after the experiment,it was shown that the results of the two experimental classes were significantly improved,while the results of the control class were not significantly improved;via comparing the performance differences between the experimental class and the control class,it indicated that the improvement degree of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class,indicating that the use of teaching strategies can improve the overall composition of students' achievements.Through the analysis of the performance of each level,it shown that the experimental class 2 had a significant improvement in level 1,2 and 3,and the experimental class 10 had a significant improvement in level 1,2 and 4.It shows that the level of improvement varies with differences between classes.At the same time,the results of teaching experiments were analyzed and discussed,and conclusions were drawn.Some suggestions are put forward,such as intuition teaching,pluralistic teaching,establishing subject communication,cultivating students' comprehensive ability and so on.Finally,it summarized the problems that need to be further studied in the process of research: increasing research time,more diversified evaluation methods,excavating and cultivating higher-level methods,etc.It is hoped that it will be perfected in the future teaching work.
