The emergence of the micro-course provides a good carrier for the use of teaching resources based on the Internet,and is in line with the core concept of the new course reform-all for the development of each student.The problem of scattered micro-courses is repetitive,incomplete and unsystematic,which is difficult to meet the learning needs of students at all levels.The serialization of micro-course opens up a new mode for micro-course's development and application,so as to make teaching resources systematic and perfect,and teach students in accordance with their aptitudes.The threefold representation of "macro-micro-symbol" plays an important role in improving the core literacy of chemistry as a specific mode of thinking in chemistry.Based on the threefold representation to design the serialization of micro-course can not only deliver the excellent teaching resources to the students,but also use visual resources to cultivate students' thinking of chemistry learning,and help students to understand the essence of science and form the core literacy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of micro-course,this paper defines the concept of the serialization of micro-course;And we know the students' threefold representation thinking conversion ability,the students' and teachers' understanding of the micro-course and the situation of "ion reaction" teaching through the questionnaire survey and teachers' interview.From the curriculum standard and textbook aspects,he content of "ion reaction" is analyzed.According to the theory of refinement,the knowledge of "ion reaction" is refined.According to the cognitive load theory and the threefold representation connotation analysis,the knowledge points are integrated.5serialization of micro courses are made by applying the principles of knowledge linking,micro knowledge explaining and symbol knowledgecross-bridging,including:electrolyte and non electrolyte,acid-alkali-salt in water ionization,ion reaction and the conditions,ion equation writing,ion reaction knowledge point summary.These micro courses mainly include micro lesson plan,learning task list,micro script and micro video.Through teaching practice in Sixth middle school in Wuhai,Inner Mongolia and using Threefold representations behavior analysis to rethink and modify.The research shows that the serialization of micro-course is welcomed by the students;Applying the thinking mode of threefold representation to the micro-course of "ion reaction" teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning and help students understand the principles and rules of "ion reaction" better.At the same time,we also noticed that based on threefold representation to design the micro-course should pay attention to the transformation and balanced development between various representations level.The case of the serialization of micro-course has great realistic meaning that enriches micro-course resources,and can make students and production teams to watch,and provide a case for the researchers who are interested in the researching micro-course.
