The physical education teaching environment is an important guarantee for the development of physical education.Research on physical education teaching is not only conducive to improving the teaching environment,but also has important significance for promoting physical education.In order to understand the status quo of physical education environment in Changchun City,the purpose of finding problems to solve problems,the author adopted The literature and data methods,questionnaire survey methods,expert interview methods,and Delphi method were used to investigate the physical and human environments of physical education in Changchun,and related suggestions were put forward.Studies indicate:(1)In the physical environment: Air,rain and snow,and noise have a greater impact on outdoor sports teaching.The types and number of sports venues have improved,but due to factors such as insufficient funding and space restrictions,there is still a gap between site construction,maintenance,and hygiene and teaching needs.The number of sports equipment purchases has been increased,but there are many problems such as track and field,ball equipment,martial arts,aerobics,etc.,and there is a problem that equipment damage is not maintained.Excessive number of sports classes exist,the concentration of physical education resources is conspicuously occupied,the number of classes during the week is relatively high,the pressure of teachers,affecting the efficiency of teaching.(2)In terms of the human environment: Most of the sports activities on campus take place in the competition category,but there is a problem of a single form and low participation.Campus publicity is dominated by traditional carrier applications,andthere are insufficient applications of modern technologies.The emphasis on physical education has improved,but there is a gap between teacher and student expectations.Classroom safety inspections are generally in good condition,but there are problems with inadequate inspection of venues and equipment.Student sports interests are generally good,but they are greatly affected by the teaching environment.The overall relationship between teachers and students is good,but it still needs further improvement.Most teachers have bachelor degree qualifications,but they have a high level of academic qualifications.Professionals mainly include ball games and track and field,martial arts,aerobics and other deficiencies;gender structure is irrational;the number of young teachers is insufficient;teachers have a better understanding of teaching values,but teaching responsibilities need not be strengthened;Teacher training is relatively inadequate and needs further attention.(3)Physical education teaching environment optimization recommendations: First,according to the natural environment,reasonable adjustment of physical education class arrangements;Second,actively promote the construction of venue facilities;Third,emphasis on teacher education,improve physical education teaching level;Fourth,pay attention to diversification of sports promotion,Create a good campus sports atmosphere;Fifth,improve the physical education system and promote the standardization of physical education;Sixth,innovate the physical education teaching style and promote the harmonious interpersonal relationship in the classroom.
