The original intention of outdoor education is to guide schools,families and society to participate in the students' educational activities,to promote the integration of education and quality-oriented education,to help students aquire the best educational outcomes.Based on the current situation and predicament of educational development in China,it is one of the most effective ways to guide the orderly development of outdoor education from the social aspect.Therefore,from the perspective of the market development,it is one of the basic subjects that the development of adolescent outdoor education needs to be studied in the reform of basic education after interpreting the current development of adolescent outdoor education in China at the social aspect.This paper investigated the market-oriented operation of outdoor education for adolescents in Shenyang and summarized existing issues by mainly using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics.The results of the study are as follows:1.The issues of the market-oriented operation of outdoor education in Shenyang focus on the insufficient rationalization of organization and management,the inadequate optimization of strategic options,the imperfect strategic choices,the lacking marketing concepts,and the poor standardization in performance evaluation.2.The managers of adolescent outdoor education in Shenyang do not have strict requirements for product professionalism in organizational service marketing,and 60.71% of the adolescents' parents think it is necessary for adolescents to participate in outdoor educational activities.3.Adolescents in Shenyang have a higher interest in outdoor education practice activities,and their motivation of outdoor education participation is very clear.4.The related systems of outdoor education for adolescents in Shenyang are inadequate,and the laws and regulations have not been included in the textbook of adolescent outdoor education in Shenyang.5.The market-oriented operation of outdoor education includes five components:organizational management,strategic selection,fund raising,service marketing and performance evaluation.Organizational management includes organization design,organization operation and organization adjustment.Strategic selection includes famous brand,public relation,competition,price and brand.Fund raising includes the motivation,channel and method of fund raising.Service marketing includes specialization product,rationality distribution,scientific pricing,timeliness of promotion and rational personnel structure.Performance evaluation includes the completeness of the evaluation system,the fairness of the evaluation conditions,the diversity of assessment methods,and the clarity of the assessment process.
