In order to fully implement the core literacy system with individual development and lifelong learning as the main body, the first-line education and teaching worker should integrate the content of the subject organically, improve students' academic quality and effectively promote the development of students.Macro analysis and microcosmic analysis are one of the five key elements of the core literacy of Chemistry,it,s quite unique, compared to other disciplines.Junior high school students learning chemistry at the stage of enlightenment,The difficulties in learning lie in that the relationship between microscopic characterization and macroscopic characterization and symbolic representation can not be established, can,t use "macro"-"micro"-"symbol" three to solve the problem. In all the representations, the microscopic characterization is the most abstract.Under the correct existing theories, according to the actual situation of Chemistry Teaching in China, and the teaching strategy of chemical micro characterization in junior middle school, using the PEP grade nine chemistry textbook book, combining with the practical experience of education and teaching, this study has dug The application value of mining chemistry microscopic representation teaching strategy, developped a reasonable and feasible teaching design, discussed the effect of micro representation teaching strategy. This study mainly adopts the action research method, the experimental research method and the measurement statistics method. The pretest, the middle test and the post test were carried out in the experimental class and the contrast class. The results analyses after the test include the class average score, excellence rate, pass rate, students score, secondary students score, learning difficulty student grading six aspects, and on this basis, the results of the two classes were analyzed by T test.Through analysis and practice, this study suggests that the following teaching strategies can be used in the cultivation of chemical microscopic characterization:(1)Creating an interesting situation and opening the micro veil;(2)Displaying an intuitive model to achieve macro and micro integration;(3)Analyzing the micropattern with the help of text description;(4)Using animation simulation to see microcosmic changes;(5)Carrying out game activities and exploring the micro world;(6)Microcharacterization and three heavy characterization. This study concludes the following conclusions after one semester's education and teaching practice:(1)Choosing a reasonable microtoken teaching strategy can improve the students' level of chemistry.;(2)Choosing a reasonable teaching strategy of microscopic characterization can cultivate students' thinking in Chemistry;(3)Choosing a reasonable micro representation teaching strategy can promote the development of teachers' chemistry specialty. This brings us the following thinking:(1)Strengthening the cultivation of the consciousness of characterization and promoting the formation of thinking mode;(2)Strengthening the formation of particle action and understanding the nature of chemical learning.Due to the limitations of my ability, time, etc, there are some problems in this study, such as the literature review is not enough in depth, the theoretical foundation is not solid enough, the research object is not comprehensive enough, research methods are not perfect, teaching practices are insufficient, survey scales are not professional. The future research will continue to improve the teaching strategy of micro chemical characterization in junior middle school,at the same time,I hope that this study can play a role in attracting jade, and can attract more and more chemical educators to do further research.
