The era of knowledge economy calls for talents with innovative capabilities,and the key to fostering innovative abilities lies in cultivating scientific thinking ability.In addition,it has became a serious problem of how to make use of Internet Technology to re-establish a new learning platform to change the way of students' learning and so that their scientific thinking ability will be improved effectively.There are three research methods in this paper,including Literature analysis method,Experimental method,Comparative study of law.Through the analysis of the concept of scientific thinking ability and characteristics of middle school students' scientific thinking ability,the research on the cultivation of middle school students' scientific thinking ability is started.Based on the Department of Biology of Senior High School,this paper constructed Knowledge Graph learning platform for high school biology “Molecules and Cells” and applied it into practical teaching.Its purpose is to explore the relationship between Knowledge Graph and middle school students' scientific thinking ability.The main contents of this study include two parts: the construction of the Knowledge Graph learning platform of "Molecules and Cells" and the teaching experiment research.First of all,we re-segmented and reorganized the "Psychology and Cell" and related knowledge of PEP Biosciences.We constructed the "molecular and cellular" Knowledge Graph learning platform based on the "seven-step method" of researchers at Stanford University.Secondly,the constructed Knowledge Graph learning platform was applied to the practical teaching of a high school in a middle school in Chongqing.After one month of study,the students' academic performance and scientific thinking ability were tested using the SPSS 19.0 subject test results.Scientific thinking ability test results are analyzed.The study found that the Knowledge Graph learning platform can improve students' academic performance,and it is also the main way to train students' scientific thinking ability.It can help students change their way of thinking and develop scientific thinking skills.Especially for students with strong learning ability,the effect is more obvious.It is hoped that this paper will lay a solid foundation for the in-depth promotion of Knowledge Graph and provide a new choice for the cultivation of middle school students' scientific thinking ability.
