The revision of biology textbooks for senior high schools in China started at the beginning of 2016.The guiding ideology of the revision is the spirit of the 18 th and 19 th CPC People's Congress.The aim is to cultivate students' core quality in biology,and the fundamental task is to cultivate people through virtue.The revision is based on the Biology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition).After the revision,the textbook was changed from the standard experimental textbook for high school curriculum to biology textbook for high school curriculum.The revised textbook has many changes,including the "thinking training" column.Through the review of relevant literature,it is found that there are few reports on the teaching practice of combining the column of "thinking training" with the cultivation of scientific thinking in the core literacy of biology.Therefore,this study sorted out the column of "Thinking training" in high school biology textbooks and integrated it into teaching practice to explore the effect of this column on cultivating students' scientific thinking,hoping to provide reference for high school biology teaching.This research adopts teaching material analysis method,questionnaire survey method and action research method to carry out research.The research contents mainly include :(1)The number,content,distribution,characteristics and functions of the column "Thinking training" in the new textbook are sorted out.(2)Investigate the current situation of teachers and students using the "thinking training" column,and preliminarily understand the problems in using the "thinking training" column in teaching.(3)Select the column of "Thinking training" in compulsory Course I for teaching design and implementation,and evaluate the effect of students' scientific thinking after the implementation of "Thinking training" column by analyzing the results of pre-and post-test questionnaires,students' learning feelings and peer evaluation.Research shows that through practice "thinking training" to the cultivation of students' scientific thinking has a certain positive role,the new teaching material of "thinking training" the effective use of can enhance the level of students' scientific thinking and promote students' induction and generalization,deductive and reasoning,model and modeling,creative thinking,critical thinking and scientific thinking level.In addition,the teaching of "thinking training" column has not been well implemented and applied.At the same time,through sorting out the characteristics and functions of the whole set of "Thinking Training" columns,it is found that the columns are in line with the law of students' cognitive development,emphasizing the cultivation of the core quality of biology discipline,and highlighting the cultivation of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability.It plays a role in promoting the formation of students' scientific thinking,the improvement of students' scientific inquiry ability and the cultivation of students' comprehensive skills..
