In this paper,through the experimental teaching research about different levels of stair practice to optimize the effect of the technology chain of back gliding shot putting,the idea of technology chain transfer to the shot put technology,testify to optimize the effectiveness technology chain of back gliding shot putting,and testify the best suited stair height for students of major in physical education.Using the method of literature,experimental method,high-speed photography and image analysis method,mathematical statistics method,we studied the men students of four classes(three experimental groups and one control group)of general track and field major in PE grade 2017 in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,and reached the following conclusions:(1)In this paper,the technical chain of back gliding shot putting is defined as the coherent coordination of technical actions and technical aspects,the integration of human spheres and the effective transfer of momentum Integrity chain.This study found that PE major in track and field general course of study in the skid steal shot put technology,the prevalence of the main technical weak link is due to lack of capacity of the right leg,which led to the entire back slide shot Right leg kick stretch recovery,give way to buffer,as well as transfer kicking force problems,it is proposed to solve its main weak link technology to optimize back gliding shot putting the whole chain.The results show that it is feasible to transfer the idea of technological chain and apply it to the teaching of back gliding shot putting.(2)Three steps of 7 cm,14 cm and 21 cm were used to improve the knee speed,the maximal angular velocity of the right knee and the right foot of the ground in experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 The average right hip angle moment has a significant effect.The transitional stage of the right knee and right hip pedal stretch,buckle and rotation effect and the final stage of force than the formation of the effect of the instrument is more obvious.Therefore,the three high-level steps adopted by the three experimental groups have a certain effect on optimizing the technical chain of back gliding shot putting of the students by the PE major.(3)14cm height practice is the best way to optimize the technology chain of back gliding shot putting.The 14 cm height practice is the most suitable for P.E.students to learn back gliding shot putting technology.(4)Although the height of 7cm used in experiment 1 group can improve the stretch and recovery ability of the right leg of the students,because of the relatively low step of 7cm,the sliding distance of the right leg is not as good as that of Experiment 2 and Experiment 3 Set of 14 cm and 21 cm height steps used.(5)The height of 21 cm in the experiment group 3 was less effective than the 7cm and the experimental group 2 used in Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 in effectively reducing the transition time and increasing the speed of the right leg and the correct force of the right leg during the final exertion.14 cm steps.
