In this paper, through research to find out our country outstanding female javelin athletes throwing technology gap with the world advanced level, seek countermeasures in difference, make our country athlete’s throwing technology integrating with the world advanced level as soon as possible. This not only can be for reference of other high level athletes in our country, also can promote China’s women’s javelin athletes throwing skill level, to get good results in international competition to lay a technical foundation, win honor for our Olympic plans.This article selects the outstanding women javelin athletes ling wei, lily two players as the research object.
