For an enterprise,the most important thing is the market,and for a service industry,the most important thing is the customer's return rate,that is,customer satisfaction.The service industry is people-oriented and the customer is the main body.Therefore,the satisfaction and loyalty of the customer will determine the road to the service industry of the fitness club,but because of the few research on the customer satisfaction of the fitness club,most of them are based on the management level,the service personnel,the hardware facilities and so on.Therefore,the research on sports fitness clubs in China is not complete,and there is a lack of specific research on customer satisfaction.This paper studies the sports clubs in the three districts of Xi'an city(beilin,lianhu and Xincheng).The purpose of this study is to understand and master the operating conditions of the three District Sports Clubs in the city,and to find out the actual conditions of the operation,the malpractice,the satisfaction of the service and so on.The actual situation of customer satisfaction is compose,and the research papers provide important theoretical basis for the research on customer satisfaction of fitness clubs in China.In this paper,the final results of customer satisfaction in Xi'an City Fitness Club were collated and analyzed using methods such as literature data,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics,and fitness was created based on the Chinese Customer Satisfaction(CCSI)model.The club customer satisfaction index system is used for research and analysis to find out the existing problems and make corresponding suggestions.The main results are as follows:1.Although three districts of Xi'an City fitness club has a certain scale,the management of consumers lacks characteristics and humanity.This has made it impossible for the club to make important decisions on the basis of a full understanding of its members in order to develop fitness plans for members,open up and expand new markets,and re-determine the club's target market.2.More male members than female members mainly focus on middle-aged and young people aged between 18 and 45.The higher the education level of consumers,the higher the income and the more sports and fitness investment.The main motivations for consumers to participate in health clubs are mainly focused on weight loss exercises,experience in bodybuilding,and work stress relief.3.This paper studies the influencing factors affecting customer satisfaction of fitness clubs in Xi'an,followed by brand image,expected quality,perceived quality,customer satisfaction,and perceived value.Based on these,it can formulate management plans for them to grasp the key points.4.Members are highly satisfied with the arrangement of supporting facilities and fitness environment.However,satisfaction with health club tracking services is relatively low.Only consumers who have become members think that there are many business projects that can meet their fitness needs.For consumer prices in the fitness clubs in Xi'an,there are 40% of consumers who think they are unreasonable.They think that it's reasonable 40%,and 20% of consumers think it reasonable.5.Among the surveyed members,30% were very satisfied with the fitness coaches.40% of the consumers felt that they were satisfied.20% of the members were generally satisfied.Only 10% of the fitness coaches expressed dissatisfaction,indicating that some coaches were unprofessional.The coaches belong to the phenomenon of lack of management,and consumers generally reflect the mobility of fitness coaches.Suggestions given:1.The club's hardware facilities,including venue equipment and supporting services,are important to consumer satisfaction.The club must gradually improve the facilities of the club.2.Sports and fitness clubs should establish a consumer management system that meets their own club.3.Sports and fitness clubs should train and coach coaches as much as possible,train coaches carefully,attach importance to adopting coaches' feedback or suggestions,allocate more suitable coaches' income,and retain excellent coaches to reduce the loss of coaches..4.Fitness clubs should have the ability to identify,predict,and measure risks,choose appropriate methods,and effectively solve problems to face the club's emergencies so as to protect the interests of consumers.5.The basic sports and fitness courses are almost the same in most sports and fitness clubs.The important thing is how to form their own core courses or signature courses.
