Research On The Status Quo And Development Countermeasures Of Innovation And Entreprencurship Education In Xi'an Physical Education University

With the continuous expansion of colleges and universities across the country,the overall social employment pressure increased,the employment rate of college graduates is relatively low.Then,the State Council put forward the call of "mass enterprise,mass innovation",for college students to create a good opportunity for innovative entrepreneurship education.The University,as the high level innovation talent training base,the state,the government,the school leadership and other relevant education departments have given high priority.Under the influence of the good policy environment and the social environment,the college students 'innovation and entrepreneurship is soaring.According to the Ministry of Education,by September2015,the number of university students starting and participating in business had reached 423,000,an increase of nearly 7 per cent over the previous year.However,there are still many obstacles in the process of carrying out college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a survey and research on the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Xi'an Institute of sports,which is very important to solve the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Xi'an College of sports,improve the students 'awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,enrich students' knowledge of innovation and develop students' entrepreneurial ability.The conclusions are as follows:1?The orientation and cognition of innovative entrepreneurship education is not accurate.To carry out innovative entrepreneurship education is to respond to the call of the state,to support ideas at the top level of design and talent development programs,or simply to increase student employment.To clarify the concept of innovative entrepreneurship education in sports colleges.Through various forms to the school administrators,teachers,students to explain the concept and importance of innovative entrepreneurship,correct the wrong understanding of innovation entrepreneurship,strengthen the construction of the school entrepreneurship culture environment,improve the guidance teachers and students to innovation initiative.2?Innovation and entrepreneurship education failed to integrate with professional education.We will gradually build up a system of "pyramid" courses for innovation and entrepreneurship at the primary,intermediate and higher levels.The initialcourses are designed for first-year and second-year students,with emphasis on awareness and spiritual development of innovation and entrepreneurship.The intermediate courses are designed for junior and senior students.We will improve the practical links of innovation and entrepreneurship education at both the school level and the school level.We will hold competitions on entrepreneurship planning,enrich the activities of entrepreneurial associations and increase investment to build an incubator base.We will strengthen cooperation with enterprises and build a three-dimensional system of "product-learning-research".3?The foundation of entrepreneurship is the course of innovation and entrepreneurship required by the state.However,the implementation rate in Xi'an sports colleges and universities is low.More often than not,the guidance on employment of university students and career planning are used as the courses for innovation and entrepreneurship.4?In the absence of a professional teaching staff,the theoretical courses and practice of innovation entrepreneurship education are generally carried out by tutors,student managers or teachers close to the subject of innovation entrepreneurship.We will build a cadre of teachers at Xi'an Institute of Sports,encourage teachers to research,participate in entrepreneurial practices,enrich their entrepreneurial experience,actively integrate social resources,and employ successful entrepreneurs to teach in schools.Constructing a diverse team of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers to guide students in theory and practice.
