As the country vigorously promotes "mass innovation,entrepreneurship" the central and local units at all levels have continuously introduced a series of preferential policies for innovation and entrepreneurship,encouraging all sectors of the society to independently innovate and start their own businesses.Chinese colleges and universities integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education in the process of implementing education reform,cultivate college students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,encourage participation in science and technology innovation activities,and effectively stimulate innovation and entrepreneurial confidence and practical enthusiasm of college students,such as the "Challenge Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship plan.Competition participation increased year by year.The sports industry is a sunrise industry with huge market potential and rapid development.The requirements for the quality of sports talents and the level of demand also increase.China's sports academies have trained numerous outstanding sports athletes and talents engaged in sports,and sports colleges and universities.The talent cultivation mode should keep pace with the times and meet the market demand.With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment in sports academies,employment competitiveness is increasing day by day.In order to improve the overall quality and employment competitiveness of students,it is of great significance for sports academies to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is to improve the basic quality of innovation and entrepreneurship,foster innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,innovation and entrepreneurship education.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the economy in the new era,the training model for graduate students in sports colleges and universities needs to be improved.Existing domestic research and literature materials mainly focus on qualitative theoretical analysis and countermeasures and suggestions for innovation and entrepreneurship education,lacking extensive research and empirical research and research based on the development of sports undertakings.In this paper,seven independent graduate students from physical education institutions in China are selected as the research object,and innovation and entrepreneurship education for graduate students in sports colleges is taken as the research object.Questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,and other methods are used to recognize the innovation and entrepreneurship education for postgraduates in sports universities in China.A survey was conducted on the status of knowledge and participation,and the current state of school development.The existing problems and influencing factors were summed up.Combining with the problems encountered during the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship,the measures for innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports colleges were explored.The survey results show:1.The graduate students of sports academies have a relatively low level of understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Students participate in innovation and entrepreneurship lectures and competitions are less.In students' cognitive schools,undergraduates pay little attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education for sports graduate students.Publicity is not in place.Some students are innovative.The cognition of entrepreneurship is not clear;2.The forms of innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports colleges and universities are mainly in the form of seminars on innovation and entrepreneurship,application for organization of innovation and entrepreneurship training programs,organization of participation in innovation and entrepreneurship plan competitions,organization of application for climbing plans,creation of innovation and entrepreneurship guidance centers,and establishment of innovative entrepreneurship courses.The number of schools is relatively small and the forms of teaching are relatively simple;3.The problems existing in postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports academies are mainly the weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,the lack of organization and management in schools,the lack of effective publicity and promotion,the weak teaching staff,the lagging course content,and the lack of a complete innovation and entrepreneurship education system;4.Postgraduates in sports colleges hope that schools will provide innovative entrepreneurial practice bases as well as internship opportunities for off-campus enterprises,provide preferential entrepreneurial policies and financial support,and immediately disseminate government innovation and entrepreneurship policies and industry hot spot project information.Investigate the findings and problems of the above analysis:1.The sports colleges pay more attention to postgraduates' innovation and entrepreneurship education,disseminate real-time information through multiple channels,enhance the awareness of sports graduates in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and carry out rich practical activities;2.To establish a sports and entrepreneurship education system,to perfect graduate student training programs,to jointly establish entrepreneurial entrepreneurs outside the campus to build a high-quality teaching staff,and to open up innovative and entrepreneurial courses that combine with sports majors;3.Strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation and jointly build a practice base and a business incubation base both inside and outside school to create a more comprehensive and professional innovation and entrepreneurship information exchange and practice platform;4.The sports academies further improved the incentive mechanism,established innovative venture capital funds,and helped students raise funds through multiple channels.
