Investigation And Countermeasures On The Status Quo Of College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship In Colleges And Universities In Sichuan Province

the saturation in today’s sports industry under the situation,through the survey of College Students’ professional innovation status of Sichuan province university sports training,sports professional students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,propose solutions,improve the rate of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship to promote employment,increase employment and effective way.In the course of the study,the methods of sampling,literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interviews were used in the study.The professional sports college students in 11 universities in Sichuan province by stratified sampling from grade 2015,grade 2014 and grade 2013 students as the research object,present status and behavior factors of awareness of their research and innovation,and puts forward the countermeasures to the present situation of college students innovative professional sports.The significance of this research: 1,to society,to understand the status quo of College Students’ innovation of professional sports,professional sports training students awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship,can alleviate the pressure of employment in our country,promote the reform of China’s sports system;2,the school,the research of professional sports college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship status can be improved sports professional employment rate,is the need for sports development of professional education,reform the traditional mode of education physical education;3,the students themselves,the training of professional sports students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,they can better break the traditional employment mode of thinking,innovation and entrepreneurship to the mode of action,make a clear career;the status of professional innovation behavior of college students in sports,can better guide the professional sports college students future innovation actual entrepreneurial behavior.At present,the employment of college students is more and more serious,and the innovation and Entrepreneurship of physical education students is one of the ways to alleviate the employment.Based on the research on Sichuan province university sports professional college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship status,found that entrepreneurial awareness of professional sports college students actively,but still have no idea of college students entrepreneurship 10.2%;boys don’t have an idea the proportion is lower than girls.Although the sports professional college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship sentiment,but have the actual entrepreneurial action ratio is not much,only 4.8% of those polled in the proportion of boys;entrepreneurial actual behavior than girls;Junior has the highest proportion of entrepreneurial behavior.Most of the students choose the fund shortage is the biggest obstacle to their business,followed by lack of experience,lack of social relations.Professional sports college students in entrepreneurship courses,most of the students chose no repair entrepreneurship courses,second choice is repaired entrepreneurship courses,but no textbooks,choose the least is repaired entrepreneurship courses,and teaching materials,Chengdu Sport University is the only one to set up this course and teaching materials;entrepreneurial behavior in Sports Professional College Students,most of the students choose the market impact is the biggest factor in their actual business.
