Research On The Resource Sharing Status And Optimization Service Of University Sport Venues In Shaanxi

With the improvement of national economy,comprehensive national strength and living standard,people’s cognition of consumption and health has been changing.The reshaping of health cognition and the importance of physical exercise have made mass fitness and physical training gradually become the main recreational activities of daily life.However,the study found that sports facilities in the community can not meet the needs of mass physical exercise.Therefore,sharing the resources of sports venues in colleges and universities,promoting the optimization development of public sports services,widening national fitness facilities,and making the public fitness have a place to go,can effectively alleviate the contradiction of the social supply and demand caused by insufficent facilities.On this basis,this paper studies the status and optimization of the resources of sports venues resources in Shaanxi Province,which is of great significance to promote the implementation of the national fitness program in Shaanxi.By means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a thorough study and systematic analysis on the existing physical resources and sharing of sports venues in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,and explores the optimization path to promote the sharing of sports venues in colleges and universities.Conclusion: The survey shows that there are many factors that restrict the sharing of sports resources in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province.(1)the number of stadiums and Gymnasiums in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province is large and resources are abundant.(2)the resources sharing of sports venues in colleges and universities in Shaanxi is in the stage of improvement,and some of the 90% colleges and universities are open to the outside world.There are two ways of free open and paid open,there are still some venues in colleges and universities that are not open to the outside world and have the space for sharing.(3)the stadium,which has been open to the outside world,presents a single open form and an open time arrangement,which leads to the opening time of the stadium and the time for the exercise of the masses.(4)the lack of outstanding professional management talents and systems.There is a lack of detailed management system and lack of professional management.(5)the problems in the resources sharing of sports venues in Shaanxi Province: security,management,stadium and gymnasium,funds and open time.(6)in the process of resource sharing,there are problems such as weak sense of sharing,low level of sharing,and sharing of contents.And lack of long-term stable cooperation platform and a series of problems.Suggestions:(1)changing the concept and introducing the market-oriented operation mechanism.According to local conditions,we should choose the suitable management mode and perfect the corresponding system construction.(2)college sports venues construction Internet plus,the use of new media and the expanded use of College Stadiums propaganda.(3)to introduce or nurture professional management personnel of sportsvenues and build a professional management team.(4)reasonable arrangement of opening hours and setting of charging standards.(5)to strengthen the safety management of college campus.Strengthen safety awareness and establish safety guarantee.(6)linkage and integration of stadiums and stadiums resources to achieve benign interaction of resources.
