Which has triggered extensive discussions on "how to sink more resources to the grassroots","how to shift the focus of social governance and service to the grassroots".In particular,in the community sports related research,college sports as the organization carrier and an important starting point to carry out community sports work,the improvement of its governance ability should become the focus of sports social science research.This paper selects five universities in Wenjiang University City and its territorial communities as research objects,and uses research methods to investigate and study the resource sharing and territorial communities of university sports venues in Wenjiang University City,Chengdu.sports in China and implement the national fitness policy,which has strong practical significance.The sharing of university sports facilities resources for the community can not only avoid the problem of relatively insufficient utilization of university sports facilities and equipment,but also enable colleges and universities to obtain more preferential policies and special funds when sharing sports facilities resources.However,at the practical level,how to realize the sharing of sports venues and equipment resources between colleges and communities,there are still many difficulties and mechanism problems to be solved,and the process of resolving these difficulties is the main research content of this topic.The results show that: Wenjiang university town does have great advantages in sports venues and sports equipment,professional level and quantity of related talents,and it is these advantages that make Wenjiang university town have the ability to help the development of surrounding community sports,especially in the aspects of community residents’ fitness skills guidance,fitness equipment use,etc.,which must be taught by Wenjiang university town The universities around the university town provide empowerment.In view of the current situation,the exercise venues of the communities around Wenjiang university town are more scarce than the sports venues inside colleges and universities.Although the colleges and universities themselves maintain a relatively open attitude towards shared stadiums and sports venues,due to the scarcity of community sports resources and the relatively high demand for exercise by residents,there are insufficient resources for university sports facilities.;sports resources within colleges and universities in Wenjiang University City The main difficulties in sharing with the community are: Currently,Wenjiang City and even Chengdu City do not provide specific policies with practical guidance value for the exchange of university sports resources,the operation and management system after sharing is lacking,and the financial resources of the community itself for sports development are very limited and deficient.The awareness of sharing resources has brought safety risks to campus and so on.Through the analysis of the exchange route between universities and the community in the city Wenjiang University College,we discovered the direct path and effective solutions for both of us.Through government guidance to formulate regulations and strengthen implementation,establish and improve management and operation mechanisms,strengthen awareness of resource sharing among university professors,students,and community residents,standardize measures security management and innovate security guarantee mechanisms to find a way to coordinate the development of schools and communities.New way.
