The curriculum reform of basic education has been deepened,and the integration of disciplines has been paid more and more attention,which requires teachers to change their traditional concepts and teaching methods,and to cooperate with others equally and openly.At present,teacher education is developing with refinement and excellence.The Ministry of education has launched a “Training Program for Excellent Teachers”,which aims to cultivate a number of high quality and professional primary and secondary school teachers with with outstanding morality,solid foundation,education and teaching ability and self-development ability,and carrying out teaching research is the only way to be an excellent teacher.As a platform for teachers' teaching research and cooperation and exchange,the teaching research group has weakened the function of the teaching research,which is replaced by the continuous strengthening of the management function.The administrative system of teaching and research management ignores the teachers' participation and the actual needs.The task-based teaching and research organization forms make the real communication and reflection marginalized.In the context of real teaching and research,affected by the traditional concept of harmonious interpersonal relationships,the nature of work,and the evaluation mechanism,teachers are prone to misunderstandings of individualism and conservatism.The cooperation between them is superficial and false,and even lack of cooperation.Therefore,the research on teachers' engagement in teaching and research seems very meaningful.But at present,the problem of teachers' individual in teaching and research activities is often scattered in the related research of "present situation of teaching and research activities",and few literature focuses on teachers.Therefore,this study mainly uses literature analysis,questionnaires,and interviews to collect research data,examine the current status of teachers' engagement in teaching and research activities from the three dimensions of cognition,emotion,and behavior,and find out the existing problems and analyze the reasons in depth.Then put forward the strategy to increase teachers' engagement of teaching and research activities,and improving the value of teaching and research activities.The results show that primary school teachers mainly have problems of weak scientific research consciousness and lack of effective teaching and research management strategies in cognitive engagement.In emotional engagement,there are mainly problems of conflict of teaching and research activities,estrangement between teachers,lack of sense of belonging to teaching research group and so on.In emotional engagement,The main problem is the lack of active effort for teachers.External factors play the role through internal factors.This paper aims to reveal the factors that influence the engagement of teaching and research from the perspective of teachers' subjective psychology.The basic psychological need theory expounds the mechanism of the effect of environmental factors on individual behavior and mental health through the intermediary of inner psychological needs,which provides a logical basis for the analysis of the influencing factors of this study.In terms of autonomy need,the administrative way of teaching and research and the form of teaching and research have weakened the teachers' autonomy need directly,the work pressure leads to the teachers' lack of time and energy,which weakens the teachers' willingness to participate indirectly.In terms of competence need,teachers themselves lack the theoretical knowledge and research ability,and the way to improve them is difficult,including the weakening of the research leader,the lack of guidance of the teachers and experts,and the training for teachers disorder.In the aspect of attribution need,teachers' relationship is alienated in the pattern of interpersonal relationship.Under the influence of harmonious interpersonal relationship,teachers are difficult to spit out real ideas.Teachers will fear in the public when the teaching and research be houding in such groups which absence of cohesive.In view of the above reasons,in the perspective of teaching and research activities,we can improve the level of teaching and research engagement by satisfying the basic psychological needs of teachers.By increasing empowerment,optimizing the form of teaching and research organization and reducing the pressure of teachers,we canincrease the autonomy need.By strengthening the guide of group leaders,instructor and experts to teachers,improveing teacher training mechanism,we can increase teachers' teaching and research competence need.By establishing common vision,promoting teachers' communication and introducing "conflict",we can create a harmonious and vigorous collective of teachers,and increase the competence need of teachers.
