A College Marketing Major Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Project Progress Management Research

As an important part of modern management science,project management is a process of using various knowledge and skills in the defined project cycle with effectively planning,organizing,coordinating and controlling,and using limited resources to accomplish the established project goals.As an important branch of project management,schedule management aims at balancing the working standard and process capability according to the production schedule plan.At present,it is mainly applied to profitable engineering projects and is rarely applied to non profit educational projects.The modern apprenticeship system is an innovative education mode which focuses on the combination of the training of the talents of the school and the ability of the job.The modern apprenticeship pilot project,as a non-profit education project,has both the commonness of the general engineering project and its own particularity.Project progress management more application in the engineering construction project construction schedule management,also exists in the project of scientific research project,writing,implementation,concluding,etc.Modern apprenticeship program belongs to the colleges and universities and enterprises to carry out horizontal topic research category of university-enterprise cooperation,in this new project,the project schedule management how to role will serve as the practice of project management case to support the entire schedule management system theory and practice.This paper uses the relevant theories of project management,combined with the marketing major in Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship,with my key leading A college marketing professional modern apprenticeship pilot project as the research object,using literature investigation,model analysis and case study of a scientific and rational analysis of the project schedule,sort out the problems of the project and make the induction schedule,the project process optimization,thus saving the project time,improve the efficiency of the project.
