| For medium-sized and large-scale enterprises driven by operations and products,a CRM system to meet business and operation needs is essential.L Company expects to achieve good support for operations and marketing through the research and development of the CRM system.The research object of this thesis is the progress management process of L Company’s CRM project.Based on the research of progress management theory,this paper fully reviews the background of L Company and its project management process and system.In addition,it deeply analyzes the background,characteristics,objectives and risks of CRM projects in combination with the relevant knowledge of project management.As for the CRM project of L Company,on the one hand,it combines the traditional project management process with the project splitting method of agile development,so that the long-cycle project becomes three short-cycle projects.On the other hand,the measures and methods of traditional and agile methods are combined to participate in the control of the project schedule,so that the project risks are effectively controlled.Finally,the CRM project went online on time with good quality and good quality,and the business side was satisfied with it.The previous schedule and quality problems of similar long-cycle projects were successfully solved.These schemes and methods adopted in the paper can not only ensure that the main research and development process does not need to undergo major adjustment,but also ensure the precise control of the progress in the process of project implementation.For other projects that need to implement CRM system and have the same project characteristics,they have extensive promotion and implementation value and can be used for reference. |
