Reflective teaching is used by ideological and political teachers of senior high schools in the entire process of daily teaching practice.It uses the relevant teaching theory system and reflective skills as a basic support,and bases on the time sequence of the teaching practice activities to explore teaching behaviors of pragmatism and rationalism,so as to truly achieve the effective growth and continuous innovation of the professional skills of high school ideological and political teachers.First of all,it can accumulate scientific and effective teaching experience and improve teaching rationality.Second,it plays a decisive role in the integration of knowledge systems and the improvement of classroom effects.Third,it can stimulate the enthusiasm of high school ideological and political teachers for teaching as a booster for the growth of professional literacy.Therefore,in the face of the unsatisfactory state of reflective teaching,how to optimize reflective teaching in high school ideological and political classrooms and upgrade teachers' teaching skills and professional accomplishments require urgent solutions.This article has analyzed the literature materials concerning the reflective teaching connotation at home and abroad and combined with the field research.It used ideological and political teachers in Shihezi J Middle School as the research object,and used the observation method and interview method to obtain latest data to find problems,analyze the specific reasons and put forward reasonable suggestions and methods.The main content is divided into three parts:Part1: Summarizing the reflective teaching related theory.This part is mainly to define the basic concepts and internal processes of reflective teaching.It also discusses the significance and necessity of reflective teaching in high school ideological and political classes,and lays the foundation for the latter two parts of the thesis.Part 2: Observing and interviewing senior high school ideological and political teachers in the J Middle School in Shihezi.Part3 : Finding out the shortages of the contents and methods of reflective teaching and the teachers themselves in the ideological and political course of Shihezi J middle school.Part4: Expounding the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the reflective teaching of high school ideological and political teachers.From three aspects: the self-perception of high school ideological and political teachers,the means of implementing reflective teaching behaviors and the teaching environment in which reflective teaching is located,it is discussed how to effectively practice reflective teaching in high school ideological and political classes as an important promoter of skills growth.
