As the teacher professional development turns to be the trend, it has become the vital route of the educational reform for teachers . The professional development of teacher is a continuous and gradual process, which exist in the whole epoch from teachers come into to get out of their profession. It's a long time from they walk onto the platform to retire, and this period is the most important phase in teachers' professional development. In order to give better service to the community and students, the most important things teachers should do are know how to renewal themselves and obtain good development in this period. Many countries attach high importance to the professional pullulating of incumbent teachers and study on professional development has become a focus issue in educational study field in and out of China.Under the situation of the new course reform, the level of teacher's quality is one of the key factors that determine whether the basic education course reforms could be realized smoothly at present. Improving the teacher's consciousness of reflection and reflective ability, realizing the transform from "empirical" to "reflective" are undoubtedly means and methods to promote teacher's professional level and quality. Ascertaining the reflective teacher's characteristic and founding method and way that improved a teacher's reflective ability clearly is the key factor. This thesis attempts to draw upon the teachers' professional development through teacher reflection in the hope of arousing teachers' awareness of self-improvement .The author holds that teacher reflection is beneficial to the improvement of teaching and teachers themselves. And teachers can achieve professional growth through reflective teaching.
