After the 18 th third plenary session,with the development of economy,our civils calls for a deeper change—started from "accessible" shift into the direction of "premium" in educational demand.Step into“thirteen five”stage,the reforming thought in the supply side structure which the nation has raised,is the strategic decisions to ensure sustained economic growth,and the guidance program to promote the healthy sustainable development in the compulsory education career.The issue of fairness of compulsory education for migrant children is an important part of the compulsory education in China,which is related to the construction of harmonious society.We need to change from the quantitative requirements of the past to the quality requirements,and formulate reasonable project according to the actual situation and practical needs of the development of the compulsory education of migrant children.We need to not only provide sufficient,but also high quality,and constantly innovate in the structure and mechanism of the educational supply,so as to provide migrant children with selective and high-quality educational resources.The further realization of ensuring the fairness of compulsory education for migrant children.For migrant children,various factors jointly determines that if they really enjoy a fair and qualified education.As an important endogenous factor,the cultural characteristics and internal structure of the migrant children and their families and the form of "cultural reproduction" in the real society affects the fairness of the migrant children's compulsory education in our country.During the period of school education,the barrier of cultural reproduction begins to take effects,stagnated the flow path between all levels,and the role of cultural capital in social flow is remarkable.This loop of cultural reproduction is the shackle of the relatively fair compulsory education for migrant children,which hinders the balanced development of compulsory education.Urban migrant children's education is a comprehensive and complicated systematic problem,we ought to keep striving in facilitate urban migrant children's fair education development from deepening the educational concept,adjust the education structure,improve the urban migrant children family education.This article take urban migrant children as objects,analyze from theperspective of education supply side reforming,using the methods of literature research and empirical analysis.review and summarize the theory of migrant children's education fairness from the angle of educational supply side.survey the status quo of the migrant children's education fair development,make logical theory combing,describe practical characteristics,analysis the present situation,debug countermeasures as the research focus,throughout the analysis of a large number of field survey data and materials to reflect urban migrant children's compulsory education fairness in the present time,find the causes of the problem through the status quo.Put forward some reference Suggestions for the migrant children can accept more equitable education,makes every effort to promote the development of the migrant children's education fairness.
