The Research On The Problems And Path Of Cultivation About Ideal And Faith Of Party Members Of College Students

Party Members of College Students are the builders and successors to the career of socialism with Chinese characteristics,are the future and hope of our nation.Strengthening their ideal and faith can contribute to the realization of Chinese Dream.Ideal and faith is the direction and goal of Party Members of College Students which determines the overall level of the Party members.Improving the level of ideal and belief of Party Members of College Students is the necessary to the cultivation of core values of Socialism,and presents the specific requirements of the Party's advanced construction in the new period.This study on the cultivation about ideal and faith of Party Members of College Students is in order to solve the problems of ideal and faith,improve their ideological and political quality,enhance their ability of combating and promote the Party Members of College Students to practice the socialism core values.The study uses the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and the combination of analysis and synthesis,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of previous studies,puts forward the relevant measures to cultivate the ideal and belief of Party Members of College Students in the new epoch.Firstly,the study elaborates the primary concepts involved in the cultivation of the ideal and belief of Party Members of College Students,creatively puts forward the formation mechanism of the ideal and belief: "cognitive-emotion-value-values-ideal and belief ",lays the special stress on the analysis of the requirements of our times to cultivate the ideal and belief of Party Members of College Students,which is the basic requirement of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is the inner requirement of socialist core values to be universal,and is the essential requirement of the difficulty of "China dream" implementation.Then,based on field survey data,analyzes and sums up the present situation of the cultivation of the ideal and belief of Party Members of College Students: the ideal and belief of Party members of University student is positive overall,and presents the performances of diverse,actional,comprehensive social and political cognition;but there also exists some problems,such as infirmity,utilitarianization and illusionary of the ideal and belief,.Then the study analyzes the reasons of the existence of these problems such as the changes of domestic and foreign socialism development,the luring of the socialist market economic system and the lag of ideal and faith education,etc.Finally,the study puts forward the specific countermeasures of the cultivation about ideal and faith of Party Members of College Students.The cultivation about ideal and faith of Party Members of College Students must insist on the principles of advancement,contemporaneity and development;and should stick to the basis of the ideal and faith of Marxism,to be led by the core values,to conduct the Chinese dream as the theme.The specific approaches shall be mainly relying on Three Subjects,namely ideological and political theory course teachers,professional class teachers and counselors,regarding Two Groups as the important carrier,namely Communist and Youth League organizations,college students' communities,and taking self education for destination,to strengthen the cultivation about ideal and faith of Party Members of College Students in all aspects.
