The Ideal Faith Education To College Student Party Members In The New Period

College student party members are not only the elites of college students,the fresh blood of whole party,but also the qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Their ideals and beliefs situation are related to the scientific level of party building,related to the prosperity of the country,and related to the dream of the great revival of Chinese nation.The ideal faith educations to college student party members has always been taken seriously by the Party and nation,and get more response from colleges,which has achieved a big success.However,due to the impact of domestic and international environment,the change of the party situation,the lack of higher education system and the thought level of college student party members,which lead the ideal faith education to college student party members is still has some problems needed to resolve.Therefore,further study to ideal faith education to college student party members under the background of new period is an important task to colleges.Paper first through the introduction of the concept,theory basis and main content of the ideal faith education to college student party members,for further research of university student party members the ideal faith education in the new period to set the tone.At the same time,combing a series of new assertion to party members about cultivating what kind of ideal faith and how to cultivate ideal faith,which put forward by Xi General Secretary,then make requirements for college student party members’ ideal faith and colleges’ ideal faith education.Then through the questionnaire method,literature analysis and case analysis,a comprehensive analysis of achievements and existing problems in the ideal faith education to college student party members in the new period,and collates some beneficial experience by carrying out the work of ideal faith education from some typical colleges,serve as a reference for other colleges.According to the weakness of current educational situation,based on the educational idea,educational content,educational method and work mechanism four aspects to puts forward some countermeasures to enhance education effectiveness.First of all,further implement the education philosophy:including the concept of "people-oriented" and "party construction education" concept;secondly,more explicit education content: including reflect the progressiveness,maintain purity and enhance demonstration;thirdly,further improve the education methods: pay attention to the combination of fresh students education and the party enlightenment education,the combination of organization and self education,the combination of cognition,emotion,will and behavior education,the combination of traditional and modern education;finally,to further improve the long-term mechanism: including establishing target management system of college student party members,strengthening the construction of teachers’ team mechanism,clearing the party branches’ responsibility mechanism,improving the effect of the ideal faith education evaluation mechanism.
