Research On The Effect Of Smartphone Video Embedded Tennis Training On The Basic Tennis Skills Training Of Children

In response to document No.46 of the State Council,"Several Opinions on Speeding up the Development of Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption," and enhancing pedagogical and pedagogical teaching of children's tennis,we used video on smart phones as a teaching tool and evaluated 60 children aged 10-11(30 and 30)During the 16-week tennis basic technical training,the subjects were randomly divided into 15 male experimental groups,15 male control groups,15 female experimental groups and 15 female control groups.There was no significant difference in physical fitness before and after training.Based on the analysis of same-sex subjects tennis bottom line of the basic technology of the placement and the ball speed,the basic technology is mainly forehand straight and slash,backhand straight and oblique lines and serve,draw the following conclusions and recommendations:(1)16 weeks of tennis training can effectively improve children's physical quality,whether the training method is the traditional tennis teaching or Smartphone video embedded tennis teaching.(2)Compared with the traditional tennis teaching,Smartphone video embedded tennis teaching methods can also effectively improve the basic skills of tennis moves to amend and control,the teaching method can be used as one of the effective alternative methods of traditional tennis teaching method,which is beneficial to enrich the teaching method of tennis course.(3)Compared with the traditional tennis teaching method,the embedded tennis teaching method of the smart phone can effectively improve the basic technology of children,the teaching method is conducive to the formation of the basic skills of children's tennis,the transmission effect of the power chain and the batting position.Recommendation: In the process of learning the basic tennis skills,real-time monitoring and correction of the use of the smart phone video should be carried out.Not only to ensure audiovisual consistent,but also can image vivid description of inadequate.
