By Applying The Method Of "Color Partition" Experimental Study To Improve Tennis Ball Back Placement Accuracy

This topic is based on the basis of predecessors' research,colour is applied into the practice of tennis balls.Aims to explore a simple and practical,pertinence of tennis balls practice method to improve the accuracy of the student to the fixed area shot and practical level.This paper mainly adopts the literature information,video observation,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative statistics and other research methods,on 12 tennis special student for ten weeks,a total of 20 hours of teaching experiment.Experimental group use “color partition” practice,control group with normal practice.Based on the measured by the two groups before and after the experiment to the fixed number of effective area to hit the ball,the game process of china-africa number of errors,the number of the ball into the bottom line area,and the final results of the competition compared and analysed,to verify that the “color partition” practice method in improving students hitting accuracy,and improve student ability of actual combat is superior to the conventional method to practice.The result shows that:The experimental group after the experiment to the number of fixed area to hit the ball as compared to before the trial highly significant difference(P < 0.01),and compared with the experiment according to the group after there is also a highly significant difference(P <0.01).While the control group before and after the experiment to the number of fixed area shot while there are differences,but not highly significant difference(0.01 < P < 0.01).The experimental group before and after the experiment number of unforced errors are highly significant difference(P < 0.01).And in the process of the control group after experimental game compared to the number of unforced errors,also a highly significant difference(P < 0.01).The control group before and after the experiment number unforced errors does not exist difference(P > 0.05).Fall into the bottom line area in the process of the experimental group before and after the experiment the game count is highly significant(P < 0.01).According to experiments and fall into the bottom line area after the ball number compared with the difference is highly significant(P < 0.01).The control group before and after the experiment in the bottom area of the count is highly significant difference(P < 0.01).Before the trial group and control group in singles ability level,after the experiment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1 “Color partition”practice method in improving students back to the ball placement accuracy is superior to the conventional method to practice.2 “Color partition” practice method can effectively reduce the number of unforced errors of the student in the game.3 “Color partition” practicing law in the aspect of improving students fall into the bottom line count is superior to the conventional method to practice.4 “Color partition”exercise method can improve the practical ability of students and the results of the competition.5 “Color partition "" practice method as a new method of practice,application prospect.
