The Group Work Involved In The Study Of The Parent-child Relationship Of New Citizens In Yanta District X Community Xi'an City

The family is the cell of the society.If the family is harmonious,the society will be stable;if the family is happy,the society will be peaceful;if the family is civilized,the society will be civilized.We must realize that a thousand families are good,a country is good,and a nation is good.And the most important relationship in the family is the parent-child relationship.With the acceleration of urbanization,not only a large number of rural residents have migrated to cities,but many farmers have become land-lost farmers.Under the constant progress of society,these people are gradually integrated into the city and are called new citizens.Under the current social background,as a result of new citizen community in all kinds of related policy is not perfect enough,new citizen community in the city life,should not only face the city into the problem,but also to domestic issues,especially the parent-child relationship.Good parenting is essential to the healthy growth of children and needs to be taken seriously.This study focuses on the parent-child relationship of new citizen families in yanta district,xi 'an city,and studies how to solve the parent-child relationship problem.In the course of the study,The author mainly uses literature method,participatory observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on research methods of new citizen families in this community of current living conditions,the main problems faced by the comprehensive and in-depth investigation and understanding,found that the new citizen community family common problems are: the survival pressure,weak concept of parent-child communication,family atmosphere tension,lack of children's education,parent-child relationship problem highlights,etc.The author through to the cause of these problems has carried on the deep analysis of the main causes of poor parent-child relationship,and the professional team work method is applied to the selection of six groups of family intervention,in the process of intervention using the theory of social support for team members to build a social support network.Through evaluation and reflection found the lack of team work,the author applied the theory of ecological system is put forward the new citizen community parent-child relationship improvement countermeasures,improve the new citizen families of parent-child communication,lead to new citizens of X community feel the community and the government's concern,solve the problem of community parent-child relationship communication,promote harmonious community.Finally,the author thoughted that new citizens families,communities,schools,social organizations and relevant local government should unite,don't forget to forge ahead and common to solve the problem of the widespread parent-child relationship of the new citizen community for children to build a harmonious family atmosphere,the good community environment.
