In 2016,the national “ seventh five-year plan for popularizing law” began to be implemented,and the state began to vigorously promote the construction of the socialistic legal system,paying particular attention to the juvenile legal education.Nowadays,the legal education of youngsters has achieved certain results,but the juvenile crime rate is still high,and the incidents that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of young students still occur from time to time.The legal education of middle school students has always been the urgent and lasting research topic in the education community,and the research on the legal education infiltration in Chinese teaching in junior high schools has become a branch of the legal education of middle school students,which not only reflects the humanistic and instrumental characteristics of the Chinese subject,but also is one of the teaching research on the Chinese subject.Infiltrating legal education in Chinese teaching in junior high schools has a great significance – to improve the legal knowledge of junior high school students,to ensure that they know the laws and abide by laws,that learn the laws and applies the laws,that they regulate their daily behavior and use legal weapons to protect themselves.This paper,starting from how to integrate the legal education into the junior Chinese classroom,proposes and analyzes the principles of legal education infiltration.It also elaborates the special status and important role of the legal education infiltration in the Chinese subject and analyzes the current version of the junior high school Chinese textbooks,so as to list the legal infiltrating points in the textbooks for Chinese teachers’ reference.Next the paper,taking the Tianba Junior Middle School in Shuitang Yi and Miao Township,Hezhang County,Guizhou Province as an example,researches and investigates the legal education infiltration among Chinese teachers and students.It also analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and puts forward some practical suggestions.Finally,it conducts a feasibility analysis of the legal education infiltration in Chinese teaching in junior high schools,to find the problems for reflection and improvement.It is hoped that,the research in this paper will provide some guidelines for the legal education infiltration in Chinese teaching in junior high schools.
