Research On Legal System Education In Gratie Two Of Junior School Thought Moral Education

For the legal system education of teenagers is one of the focuses of the franco-prussian education work,is an important content of the rule of law。Junior high school students of adolescent education of legal system,not only relates to the junior middle school students comprehensive sustainable development,and relates to the stability of social order and the course of the construction of our country under the rule of law society 。 The junior middle school stage is when the students form a habit, consciousness, sets up the key period of faith, the junior middle school students targeted and efficient legal system education is necessary and feasible。At present,,moral character to the tasks of most of the legal system education in junior high school students。Master of education professional education as a discipline teaching should pay attention on this question.In this paper,by the author during the period of education practice and close observation in a variety of teaching practice,individual interviews and questionnaire survey,do the research about the present situation of the legal system education in junior high school students 。 Research content including: junior high school students to accept law education is of channels,and studied the moral character of legal common sense after some legal knowledge, legal consciousness ascend status,achievement of legal education of junior middle school students problems in the monk。After refer to the law and education related literature,the author also tries to analyze the factors that affect the legal system education in juniorhigh school students, and mainly from the ideological and moral education teaching put forward the promotion effect of legal system education in junior high school students, junior high school students legal awareness, especially the countermeasure of self consciousness. Hope to be able to a contribution to the study of the theory of the legal system education in junior high school students, and help teachers better integrate the legal system education in the teaching material,flexible use of effective teaching method to foster the students’ legal consciousness and emotion, and help the junior middle school students set up legal faith,be able to protect themselves, have sense of responsibility are small citizens,become the positive energy of the construction of socialist rule of law in the future。...
