The Study Of The Influence Of Principal Leadership On The Development Of Junior High School

From the reform and opening up to today,China's education has been advancing steadily,and the depth and breadth of the reform of the education system has penetrated into all aspects of junior high school.In order to achieve all-round development of the school,the headmaster needs excellent leadership.Compared with the maturity of the research on the leadership of foreign principals,the research on the leadership of domestic principals is still in its infancy.There is a lack of relevant research on the impact of leadership on the development of schools in secondary schools,especially weak schools,in local areas.In this paper,the concept of principal leadership is understood from the organizational level,and the theoretical views of many scholars.The princ ipal leadership is divided into five parts : technical leadership,human leadership,political leadership,teaching leadership and cultural leadership.Through case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper takes the principals and teachers of six junior high schools in Wuhai City as the object of investigation and research,combined with the problems encountered in the development of junior high schools.Through the analysis of the current principal leadership of the impact on the development of junior high schools,to the leadership of the lack of targeted recommendations for improvement.This study is divided into eight parts to expound the influence of principals' leadership on the development of middle school in Wuhai area.The first part: introduction.Exp lain the reason,research significance,main research methods and literature review.The second part: the concept,characteristics and structures of principal leadership.Including the definition of the concept of leadership of the President,the author analyzes the characteristics of the leadership of the headmaster,and draws a reference from the research of many scholars to analyze the composition of the headmaster's leadership.The third to seventh parts: explain the influence of principals' technical leadership,human leadership,political leadership,teaching leadership and cultural leadership on the development of junior high school.The eighth part: summarize this paper and and make prospect.We hope that through this research,we can further improve the leadership theory of junior School princ ipals,understand the influence of local principals ' leadership on the development of junior high school,and help to promote the all-round development of junior high school.
