In recent years,the ideological and political teaching in middle school has many problems,such as weak foundation of discipline construction,less curriculum content,single teaching method and less pertinence and effectiveness.In view of the above problems,the author will try to Baban J Ki teaching optimization theory as the basic orientation and "cultural life" teaching combined in this thesis,constructing efficient classroom teaching mode,to ensure the teaching goal,teaching process and teaching effect,unity,achieve optimal teaching effect,improve the effectiveness,comprehensive improvement and development of the subject the level of teaching.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the methodology system of Baban J Ki's teaching optimization theory.In this part,I introduce the connotation of teaching optimization theory and implementation measures,aiming at the overall development of teaching,and provide some theoretical guidance for this article.The second part is "the necessity and effectiveness of Baban J Ki teaching optimization theory in the teaching of cultural life",this part of the author to investigate two teachers and students,teaching situation of middle school ideological and political course to determine the necessity of the optimization of teaching through the investigation and Analysis on the effectiveness of the implementation of anatomy.The third part is the basic strategy of using Baban J Ki optimization theory in the teaching of "cultural life" in teaching,in this part the author through optimizing the teaching of teaching strategies and teaching process,teaching methods,teaching mode,practical teaching optimization theory will be applied to the "cultural life" teaching and puts forward some feasible suggestions.And discusses the teachers' teaching concept change and the necessity of improving teaching level,improve the overall teaching highlights the optimized degree,a student center teaching environment.Through the investigation and research in thispaper,it is also indicated that the implementation of teaching optimization theory accords with the trend of education development in China,and meets the needs of students' comprehensive development.It also has certain significance for the development of education in China.Cultural life,as an important part of high school ideological and political lesson,has its unique contents and characteristics.Today,when teaching level is constantly challenged,improving teaching plan is imperative and necessary.Under the influence of China's current educational situation and teaching development trend,teachers' teaching and student learning are highly improved.Teaching optimization provides a good platform for teachers and students to develop in an all-round way,and has the academic value of in-depth research.The author uses the method of combining practical investigation and theoretical research to carry out a feasible demonstration.
