With the reform of the college entrance examination system and the requirements of the new curriculum standards,the reform of Ideological and political courses is also imminent.The application of local cultural resources to the high school political classroom has become a highlight of the local school reform with cultural heritage.High school politics pays more attention to the cultivation of students' world outlook,outlook on life and values,but how to make the political course interesting,aesthetic,ideological and political educators' reflection.For the current situation,Luoyang City has taken measures to give full play to the advantages of local rich cultural resources,using a variety of methods and strategies to find the fit between the characteristics of local cultural resources and the ideological and political classroom.Then enhance the students' main position,improve the students' practical ability,innovate the new model of classroom teaching,stimulate the students' main position,and build a characteristic brand school.Luoyang has gone through the historical changes of 13 dynasties,accumulated profound cultural deposits,and become a famous historical city with rich cultural resources.This paper begins with the relevant theories of local cultural resources,discusses the definition of culture,cultural resources and knowledge of local cultural resources.Next,the local cultural resources of Luoyang are classified into two categories,namely traditional historical culture and modern red culture.This series of local cultural resources in Luoyang provides material and convenience for its application in the political classroom.Will these luoyang rich local cultural resources into "cultural life" in classroom teaching,is helpful to better respond to the call of The Times,strengthen the student's main body status,help to cultivate students love the motherland the affection love my hometown,to better promote the teachers' quality,to create "a topschool characteristic school,more conducive to better the inheritance and innovation of luoyang local culture.After the observation,investigation and research in the internship stage,the status quo of the application of local cultural resources in the teaching of Cultural Life is sorted out,and it is found that teachers still have some inevitable problems in the process of integrating local cultural resources into the classroom.There are the following aspects: some teachers have weak awareness of using local cultural resources;In the teaching process,the method of using local cultural resources is simple;And some teachers have some formalism in the process of application.Students also have insufficient understanding of local cultural resources.The evaluation mechanism of teachers in schools is not perfect.To solve these problems,we should take some measures: to strengthen the importance of education;Teachers innovate teaching methods to enhance the interest;At the same time,teachers should keep pace with The Times,set up correct educational concept and improve their own quality.In addition,to improve teachers' understanding of local cultural resources,the last step is to reform the evaluation mechanism of teachers.
