As the most populous country in the world, increasing employment rate is always a major issue of China's economic growth.Employment is not only related to the quality of life, but also to the stability and development of the society. The problem of employment is one of the serious problems that China is facing. How to promote the growth of our country's employment level has become one of the problems urgently needed to be solved in our country. This paper calculates the added value export trade of 39 industries in China, and establishes the relationship between the value of export trade and the employment structure of China through the construction of the model. Finally, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the employment effect of China's added value export trade by using the SDA decomposition method.Through the above part, this paper thinks that China's traditional trade statistics model overestimates the 30% of our country's trade. At the same time, our country's added value export trade has obvious pulling ability to our country's employment, and the total pull ability of our country's employment is obviously rising, especially the second industry. This also conforms to the current situation that China's export products are concentrated into low value-added industries and the demand for the second industry is relatively large.Further using the SDA decomposition method to decompose the employment effect of China's value-added export trade,it is found that LII is the main factor to optimize the employment structure of our country, although it inhibits its pulling ability to our country's employment. In the long term, the inhibitory effect of LII on the pull of employment can be completely offset by the role of EPI and the effect of DD.
