The javelin is the fast throwing event with the technology as the core. The basic form of action is established that the javelin is released from the shoulder, and then forced along its longitudinal axis to whip fast because of the characteristics of apparatus. In 2018 IAAF Diamond League(in Shanghai)competition,Lü Huihui,a famous Chinese athlete, won the championship by creating a record of 66.85 meters. In 2014,Zhao Qinggang, the javelin star of Liaoning Province, won the first prize in the Inchon Asian Games and created the national record and Asian record. The author believes that the athletes win such proud achievements, which is not only dependent on the technological level of continuous innovation and breakthrough, but also on the long-term concern and training of the grass-roots units for the track and field reserve personnel.Juvenile age(14~15 years old)is the key selection stage for Javelin selection, and also the key period for technological improvement and performance improvement. For this reason, young athletes in training arrangements should combine with characteristics of physical and mental development, need to be focused and lay a good technical foundation.Taking the National Juvenile Track and Field Championships as an opportunity, the author was on site to shoot the competition and used video analysis and questionnaire survey and so on to discuss the final exertion technique of juvenile javelin athletes. The purpose is that: firstly,to explore a common problems and personality problems of technology of juvenile athletes,so as to improve the deep understanding of technical level of juvenile javelin athletes;secondly, through the correlation analysis between the test data and the throwing results,to obtain the explicit relationship between the test data and the results,in order to provide some reference for the training and selection of talents;thirdly, the results can provide a reference for subsequent research to promote the development of juvenile javelin event.Research shows: 1.The moment when juvenile athlete's right-left foot touches the ground, rear tilt angle of his trunk is suitable for changing, the effect of hip axis beyond the shoulder axis is reasonable, and the distance of the force is extended with the ability of the body to surpass the apparatus.2.In the final stage of exertion, when the juvenile athlete's right-left foot touches the ground, the body's gravity velocity drops too obviously. The right foot touchdown is not active, and the connection is not coherent. The insertion of the left leg does not reach the technical requirementof “low, flat and fast”.3.The moment when the left foot with final exertion hits the ground, the angle of the left knee of the juvenile athlete is smaller, the braking and supporting effect is not good. The moment when throwing, his left leg's pushing ability is not enough, which affects the throwing result.4.On single-support time, juvenile athletes' right foot touches the ground for a long time, and the connection between cross step and final exertion is not smooth, and the transition ability from pushing to buffering is relatively weak.5.The moment when the juvenile athlete's throwing, there is a positive correlation between the throwing speed and the throwing height and the throwing performance. The weight and Ktole index are highly correlated with the throwing performance, and the difference is significant. There is a significant positive correlation between the running-up to throwing ball and the score of javelin.
