Research purposes: at present,there are few researches on the development of Javelin for the disabled at home and abroad.In order to keep the level of Javelin for the disabled women in China at the forefront of the world,it is essential to provide certain scientific research theoretical basis for it.This study mainly studies the throwing step and final exertion technique of Zhao Yuping,an elite disabled female javelin F12 athlete in China.Through video shooting and editing and processing of relevant software,we can obtain the kinematic parameters of throwing technique.From the perspective of kinematics,we can diagnose and analyze the skill performance of athletes and their own characteristics,and reveal the characteristics of athletes In view of the main problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and enables the coaches to arrange the training methods reasonably in the training,so as to promote the development of athletes’ special technical level to a certain extent.Research methods: This paper mainly through the use of literature,expert interviews,experimental methods(experimental methods include 1,high-speed camera method,2,three-dimensional kinematics analysis),mathematical statistics,etc.to obtain the relevant information,relevant guidance and suggestions of this paper,as well as the relevant research data parameters after sorting out the statistics,to analyze the performance of Zhao Yuping,a disabled female javelin F12 athlete in China This paper analyzes and studies the technical movements of throwing performance(the last four steps of throwing step and the final exertion technical movements).The results are as follows1.The length of Zhao Yuping’s penultimate step,the penultimate step and the penultimate step conforms to the rule of "the penultimate step is small,the penultimate step is large,and the penultimate step is the largest",but the length of Zhao Yuping’s penultimate step does not conform to the rule of "the penultimate step is the smallest".It can be seen that there are still some deficiencies in the rhythm of throwing step of athlete Zhao Yuping.2.Athlete Zhao Yuping’s penultimate step and penultimate step in the first shot conform to the rule of "the penultimate step is between 0.3s and 0.38 s,the penultimate step is between 0.30 s and 0.45s",but athlete Zhao Yuping’s penultimate step and first step do not conform to the rule of "the penultimate step is between 0.26 s and 0.30s;the penultimate step is between 0.18 s and 0.22s".Thus it can be seen that athlete Zhao Yuping still has unreasonable and insufficient performance in the allocation of time for each step of throwing step.Through the overall observation of Zhao Yuping’s step time data table,it is found that the first step from the bottom of the five throw is greater than the theoretical time,which indicates that Zhao Yuping’s time allocation in the last step of the throw is obviously unreasonable.3.Zhao Yuping’s right knee angle is between 130 ° and 145 ° in the final exertion stage,but it can’t be maintained between 145 ° and 150 ° yet,which means that Zhao Yuping didn’t let her right leg reduce the degree of bending and deformation to the maximum in the final exertion stage,and controlled the angle change of her right knee in a certain range,so as to improve the speed from run-up to release The efficiency is low.4.The release height coefficient of athlete Zhao Yuping is slightly higher than that of reasonable release height coefficient,which indicates that the high release height of athlete Zhao Yuping in the process of final exertion causes the body center of gravity to fall too late and the body bending range to be too small,which not only increases the release angle and speed of javelin,but also disrupts the movement rhythm of final exertion.5.The ratio of the last two steps of Zhao Yuping’s five throwing steps conforms to the structure of "long to short".6.Zhao Yuping’s performance on the time structure of the last step and the last exertion is very stable in four of her five throws,which indicates that Zhao Yuping has reduced the speed lost in the run-up process to the minimum,and the last exertion time is short and explosive.
