provinces.Provide reference and reference.Research indicates:(1)The selection mechanism is not perfect,and the evaluation criteria are refined.The selection criteria of Guangxi's 2015 football special school is determined from four aspects: organizational leadership,conditional guarantee,education and teaching,training and competition.The selection process is self-declared by the school and the Municipal Bureau of Education,and the District Education Department reviews and recommends education step by step.Ministry of comprehensive recognition completed in three stages.However,the selection results do not meet the selection criteria to a certain extent,and the review system standards should be further refined and quantified to establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism.(2)The overall distribution is uneven and restricts popularization and development.From a nationwide perspective,the number of “youth football special schools” in Guangxi is small.From the perspective of the characteristic schools in cities,districts and counties,the number and type of schools are unevenly distributed,which hinders the popularization of campus football.The reasons for the unbalanced distribution are: the attention of local leaders is different,the level of economic development,the atmosphere for the development of football,and the flaws in the selection mechanism.(3)Accelerate the implementation of the policy and ensure the reasonable progress of the safeguard mechanism.The provincial authorities should speed up the implementation of policies and require the functional of the curriculum needs to be improved.Among the 179 football special schools,only 25 were school-based textbooks,accounting for 15.62% of the total.Because the development of school-based textbooks
