Study On The Competency Characteristics Of Excellent Campus Football Coaches In Some Cities Of Guangxi

In recent years,with the promulgation of various policies and regulations related to the development of campus football by the state,the popularization and development of campus football activities are growing rapidly in China.The school must train the outstanding youth soccer talented person,is closely related with the football coach's ability level.From the perspective of competency,this study adopts the methods of literature review,semi-structured behavior event interview,expert questionnaire survey,data statistics and other research methods.Based on the research on the competency characteristics of excellent campus football coaches in some cities of Guangxi,this study tries to find out the competency characteristics factors suitable for the local campus football coaches in Guangxi,so as to provide some references for the selection and training of campus football coaches in Guangxi.and draws the following conclusions:(1)In this paper,116 key items of competency characteristics of excellent sports coaches in sports field are summarized,and 44 competency characteristics of excellent campus football coaches in five dimensions are extracted.(2)This study codes the interview text of excellent campus football coaches in Guangxi middle school,obtains 42 competency characteristics from five dimensions,and forms the reference factors for the assessment of the competency characteristics of campus football coaches.(3)The frequency and interview duration of each competency wereanalyzed,and there were significant differences in the three competency characteristics of "management ability","interpersonal communication and understanding" and "guiding players" at the relevant levels.Therefore,the "frequency" coding method for the competency characteristics of excellent campus football coaches has good stability.(4)When analyzing the correlation between the average score obtained by each competency feature and the length of the interview,there is no significant difference between each competency feature at the relevant level.From this,it can be seen that using average scores for data analysis will have better stability and differentiation.(5)The research object is different,the campus football teacher and the campus football coach have the difference in the work function and the work goal.Students' technical teaching and training competitions are preferred.The competency characteristics required by coaches at different levels and in different programs are different in level.Based on the above conclusions,some personal Suggestions are put forward:(1)Schools or relevant departments should pay attention to the characteristics of the competency of coaches and select talents comprehensively and comprehensively.Personal career planning is carried out by the coach based on the competency characteristics.(2)The coach should feedback the progress and effect of the training in time and make a training summary.Schools should determine the assessment standards and reference factors,develop a scientific training program,in order to carry out coaching training.(3)The school will assess the work of coaches from time to time based on the competency characteristics of coaches.The assessment standard should be optimized,and the weight of other dominant or recessive factors should be added while taking the performance of the competition into consideration,so as to evaluate the working ability of coaches more comprehensively and carefully.
