Investigation And Research On The Training Business Of Youth Football Club In Some Cities Of Guangxi

Football,the world's first sport,is one of the most influential individual sports in the world.Countries all over the world attach great importance to the development of football.The development of youth football is closely related to the development of football sports,so the training of youth football is particularly important in the development of football.The investigation and research on the development of youth football club and the training business of students in some cities with football culture in Guangxi are helpful to improve the ability of developing the training business of Guangxi youth football club.Also conducive to the development of youth football training in Guangxi.This study adopts the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire investigation,telephone interview and mathematical statistics to investigate some youth football clubs in five cities of Guangxi,including Nanning,Liuzhou,Beihai,Guigang and Yulin.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of youth football club trainees' training business.The aim of this paper is to provide theoretical support for improving the training ability of Guangxi Youth Football Club,and to contribute to the promotion of youth football training in Guangxi.The results show that there are still some aspects to be improved and improved in the training business of the 14 youth football clubs involved in the investigation.The concrete performance is that the number of students is not ideal,the supervision of the teaching and training quality of the football club is not perfect,and a set of reasonable and perfect training mechanism is lacking.The serious shortage of coaches,the technical level of coaches themselves,the innovation of training,and the continuing study of specialty are the difficulties to be overcome in the development of training business of youth football clubs in some cities of Guangxi.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1 Do a good job in propaganda of football cultural brands,strive to improve thequality of their services,and strengthen the enthusiasm of the public in participating in football.2 To establish a more perfect supervision mechanism to improve the quality of the training of the students' football skills;to regularly assess the coaches' training ability and to improve the coaches' performance assessment system;3 Improve coaches' professional literacy ability,strengthen the professional learning ability of football professionals;enhance coaches' process of coaching innovation,and enhance coaches' own internal drive;4 Increase the ability of youth football clubs to operate and manage.They must keep up with the times and be more innovative in the means and methods of promotion.
